| The air quality in the in-patient department and the medical department of hospital is related to the treatment and rehabilitation of the patient, the health of the medical staff, and the normal operation of the diagnosis and treatment equipment.Because of the undetailed air conditioning design parameters and the existing design parameters cannot meet the indoor air quality, the indoor environment of some rooms of the inpatient department and the medical technology department cannot meet the requirements of the health standards.Another there are many rooms with different functions, and the types of pollution are also different. Therefore,it is particularly important to adopt appropriate indoor environmental control measures. This paper studies the pollution sources and types of pollution of typical rooms to get the appropriate environmental control mode for each typical room, providing theoretical basis for ventilation and air conditioning design.According to the medical function, the different departments in medical department and the in-patient department are divided into three regions:public area, medical diagnosis area and medical aid area.According to the literature investigation and field investigation, the main indoor sources of typical room in different area are determined, and the main types of indoor pollution are preliminarily determined.Comparing domestic and international air quality standards, determining the concentration limits of major pollutants in the hospital environment.By using literature data, the recommended concentration range of bacteria and formaldehyde in the hospital indoor is evaluated to provide a basis for evaluation of indoor bacterial and formaldehyde pollution in the hospital.Doing the on-site testing of indoor and outdoor pollutions of the in-patient department and the medical technology department to get the main problems in the air quality of the typical room in the test area, then combining the results of the literature investigation to receive the main pollution types of the typical area.Designing the experimental workers for dust production in the ward and equipment heat dissipation, getting test data,to provide the basic data for the next determination of the indoor pollutant source strength.Using the personnel flow model and on-site research to determine the number of employees in different department wards and the hourly population density of public areas.According to the per capita CO2 emissions,to determine the CO2 emission intensity in different regions.Through theoretical calculations to get the Per capita granule emission intensity of two-person and three-person ward. The release of PM10 and PM2.5 in the two-person wards was 2.9 mg/m3 and0.79 mg/m3,respectively,and the release of PM10 and PM2.5 in the three patients was 3.1 mg/m3and 0.81 mg/m3.Getting particle emission intensity in different areas.Through theoretical calculation, the actual heat dissipation of the functional inspection department equipment is obtained, and basic data is provided for determining the indoor load.According to the conservation law of indoor concentration of pollutants, the calculation models of indoor CO2 and particulate matter concentration are established,Analyzing the influencing factors of pollutant concentration to obtained the control method. The theoretical calculation results and experimental results of indoor pollutant concentration were compared to verify the calculation model.According to the type of pollution existing in typical rooms in each area, the values of different indoor air conditioning parameters are obtained and appropriate control measures are determined. |
