Surface water is an important part of the environment, and important environment factor of human domestic and production. Human’s activities are producing water pollution constantly. When pollutions enter into surface water environment and go beyond the capacity of self-purification that would damage the surface water environment, and then cause surface water pollution. Surface water pollution sources can be classified according to different classification methods. In this paper classify pollution source according variety of industries. And divided Kai Xian surface water into industry pollution source、domestic pollution source and agricultural pollution source. This paper conducts Kai Xian surface water with equal-standard-pollution-load method according analysis the pollutants emissions of various sources. Adopt the cluster analysis dived Kai Xian into different polluted area, and proposed specific measure of prevention and cure aim at different pollution area.(1)This paper analysis the COD, NH3-N, TP and TN in pollution sources by date.The COD and NH3-N industry pollution source regional is obvious. The Han Feng street,Yun Feng street,Le Feng street emission the most COD and NH3-N. The COD,TP, TN emission of domestic pollution sources have obviously regional difference.Han Feng street, Wen Feng,Zhen Dong street, Yun Feng street COD emissions the most of the domestic pollution sources. The correlation analysis shows that COD of domestic pollution emissions and population scale into significant positive correlation and the correlation coefficient is 0.77. COD emission has significant correlation with the level of urbanization,and the correlation coefficient is 0.58. In TN and TP emission distribution, TP is summarized in the pollution emissions in the city domestic, that is mainly related with food industry in town. In TN emissions, rural domestic pollution emission is more than cities domestic pollution emission, that is due to the city domestic sewage was managed before back into the surface water environment, therural domestic sewage directly discharged into surface water environment. In agricultural sources of pollutants discharge with COD,TP, TN, the biggest emission is Yue Xi town, Yun Feng streets without agricultural sources of emissions. In general, the crop farming pollutants of agricultural pollution sources is the heaviest proportion.(2) Analysis and evaluate the equal standard pollution load of the three pollution sources, and clustering analysis the three pollution sources. Reference GB3838-2002 water quality standards and the water function classification adjustment scheme of provisions of Kai Xian people’s government on the surface waters, the paper conduct Kai Xian surface water standard pollution load. It is concluded that industrial pollution sources, the pollution source of domestic, and agricultural pollution sources such as standard pollution load. Industry standard pollution load of NH3-N standard pollution load is greater than the standard pollution load such as COD. In the domestic pollution,standard load TP > TN > COD. In agricultural sources of pollutants, the load TP > TN> COD. Using cluster analysis method and use emissions of major pollutants, such as the pollution load for variables, pollution in the villages and towns the streets as a case to the cluster analysis, concluded that the different pollution type in each pollution source type.(3)The analysis of various pollutants in the different sources of pollution discharge structure and its contribution rate. The highest COD emission is agricultural pollution source. The largest TP emission of pollution contribution is domestic pollution source.In TN emissions, agricultural pollutant contribution is the largest. Use the pollution sources of wastewater emission and the standard pollution load for variables such as intensity, the township streets as a case of system cluster analysis. And the villages and township in Kai Xian county streets are clustering for three different pollution types.According to the different emission characteristics on the three pollution type put forward corresponding pollution management, and control countermeasures and Suggestions.
