Hospital outpatient department is an important area for patients to check,diagnosis and treatment.The indoor air quality has an impact on the health of patients and medical staff.According to the existing literature,the indoor air quality of the outpatient department sometimes has great problems in actual operation process,and some indoor pollutant often exceed the standard limit.Under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China?No.51278506?,the main pollutants in the typical rooms of in the general hospital,the density of indoor personnel,the release of major pollutants and indoor environmental control are studied.First,because there are many rooms with different functions in the outpatient department,the outpatient department is divided into the diagnosis area,the public area and the examination area according to the function and the medical process.According to the air quality standards at home and abroad,the concentration limits of major pollutants in different areas of out-patient department were determined.Through literature review,the main pollutants in the typical rooms of the hospital were collated and counted.The major pollutants in the diagnosis area include CO2,particulate matter and bacteria.The main pollutants in the public area include CO2 and PM10,and the main pollutants in the examination area include CO2,bacteria and indoor equipment heat dissipation.The causes of excessive pollutants in typical rooms in different areas of outpatient department were analyzed.Secondly,3 general hospitals in Chongqing were selected to test the air quality relevant parameters of all typical rooms in the outpatient department in summer.In the therapeutic room and the dressing room,the experimental design scheme of the indoor particulate matter production was established respectively.CO2,particulate matter and bacterial contamination in typical rooms of the diagnosis area were found.CO2,PM10and bacterial contamination were found in typical rooms in public area,and CO2contamination was found in typical rooms in the examination area.Thirdly,the Chongqing hospital was investigated to determine the changes in the indoor personnel density of the typical rooms in different regions of the outpatient department.A suitable ophthalmic therapeutic room and department of traditional Chinese medicine in the outpatient department of a hospital in Chongqing was selected,and CO2 was used as a tracer gas,and the PM2.5 and PM10 dust production per unit area of the diagnosis area was obtained through the experimental test.By consulting the documents,per capita CO2 release intensity in different areas of the outpatient department was calculated,and the average heat dissipation of the indoor equipment in the typical rooms in the examination area and the human body dust production in public areas was obtained.Finally,the indoor pollutant calculation model under different air conditioning methods was established,and the applicability of the model was verified through the test of a gynecological consulting room in a hospital in Chongqing.By solving models and documentation,improve measures such as new air volume,filter types,and disinfection methods in typical rooms in various regions of the outpatient department,and provide reference for the indoor control design and operation measures of the outpatient department in the general hospital.
