Research On Safety Training Mode Of Prefabricated Building Construction Based On Learning Theory

Under the background of building industrialization,precasting building is an important development direction of China’s future construction industry.The production mode and assembly construction mode of the precasting building have many advantages,such as reducing construction labor and improving construction efficiency.However,because of the poor safety management in the construction site,there are still many hidden dangers in the construction process of precasting buildings.Training high quality industrial workers with good safety awareness is one of the main methods to solve the safety problems in the process of precasting building construction.Therefore,the research on how to train the workers’ safety knowledge is meaningful for ensuring the development of precasting building.To better improve the safety training status of the construction workers in the fabricated construction industry,it is necessary to put forward an innovative safety training model.Based on learning theories and interactive technics,following researches on the training mode of fabricated construction industry have been made:(1)Firstly,through literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey,this paper studied the current situation of safety training in China’s construction industry and fabricated construction industry.Through the investigation,it has been found that the existing construction safety training mode in the fabricated building industry does not meet the construction workers’ s learning needs,the mode,method,and content of current safety training are out dated.(2)This paper applied the theory of learning style to investigate the workers’ learning needs in precasting construction industry.At the same time,this paper also identified and evaluated the safety risk factors in the construction process of the precasting buildings,with the method of questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process,to design a new training model.(3)Based on the study results of the construction workers’ learning style and the safety hazard resources in precasting building’s construction process,this paper puts forward the safety training mode based on the learning theories.(4)In order to apply this model to the safety training process of the construction workers,this study designed the precasting building construction safety training system,the system was developed with the latest computer interactive technology,in the form of teaching games.In this paper,the design of the system was discribed in detail from several aspects,such as objectives design,architecture design,content design,operation mechanism design,interface design,system development process and technology.Through this study,the model and system of the assembly construction safety training was verified.The practice has proved that the new training model and training system have great feasibility in the safety training of the assembled construction workers.
