| This thesis explains the significance and necessity that the colliery carries on the technology management through analyzing the status of safety production of domestic colliery. In order to analyze the difference of technology management and safety management, we progress gray relevancy analysis between several indexes reflecting technology management and safety performances. Through analyzing, we definitude the difference of technology management and safety management, and put forwards the measures which improves the technology management. For indicating the function of technology management to enhance the intrinsic safety grade of mine, we mend the Solow Surplus Value method that calculate science and technology advancement contribution percentage in economics, and apply it to calculate technology management contribution percentage. We put forwards some measures which improve the technology management contribution percentage through calculating the technology management contribution percentage to improving intrinsic safety construction of mine and analyzing it. In order to exert the function of technology management systematically and adequately to improve the intrinsic safe grade of the mine, through exploring and practice, we have established and actualized scientific and effective technology management mode — "TS bi-directional promoting" technology management mode based on actual conditions of EZHUANG coal mine and guided by enterprise management principle. This mode systematically and scientifically promotes the construction of mine intrinsic safety from two aspects of technology and safety. Practice proving, "TS bi-directional promoting" technology management mode have important function to building intrinsic safe mine, it is scientific and feasible technology management mode, it deserves apply in coal mine enterprise and other industry enterprise. |
