This paper,through case study,carefully analyzed the difficulties that Zhonglu Energy Company.may face in building employee performance management system and actual implementation.Through the specific discussion on the performance management of Zhonglu Energy Company,it pointed out its performance management.Loopholes and provide ways to make improvements.Based on these studies,this paper has constructed a more complete performance appraisal management system.Zhonglu Energy Company,Ltd.is a joint venture company established in 2011.The shareholders of the company are Sichuan Chengyu Expressway Company,which accounts for 51%,and China Petroleum Sichuan Sales Company,which accounts for 49%.Both shareholders are listed companies,and the company mainly deals with gas stations in the expressway service area.The author found through questionnaires that the current employee performance management system of Zhonglu Energy Company.had insufficient attention from the leadership,unclear division of employee job responsibilities,poor performance counseling and communication mechanisms,insufficient organization guarantees,and imperfect performance evaluation indicators.Inadequate feedback and insufficient application.These problems will restrict the healthy development of the company.Based on these issues,this paper learns the performance of Midway Energy's employees through the study of advanced practical experience at home and abroad,through key performance indicators(KPI),target management,and 360-degree management methods.The management system has been redesigned to establish a reasonable assessment target that is consistent with the number and quality of employees in each position.Construct a smooth communication and feedback mechanism,increase the links between lower and higher levels and different departments,and enhance the cohesion of the company.Establish safeguard measures for the new performance management system to effectively promote the implementation of the new performance management plan.It is hoped that through the implementation of the new performance management system,we can further increase the competitiveness of the joint venture of Middle Road Energy,increase the sense of belonging of employees,reduce staff turnover,provide basis for promotion and work,and help employees grow better.With the continuous development of corporate strategic goals,it is also necessary to constantly improve the performance management system,in order to provide support and guarantee for the healthy development of the company.Performance management is a long-term and comprehensive work.To be sound and perfect,long-term and unremitting efforts are required.A good performance management model has obvious dynamics.Each step of performance management constitutes a complete circulatory system.Only by following observation and evaluation,can the root cause of the problem be found and the corrective effect can be ensured.
