In recent years,China's economy has maintained a high speed of development.The focus of Chinese enterprises has shifted from the past technology and market to human resource management.The continuous development of enterprises has made the contradiction of human resource management more and more prominent,especially the performance management contradiction.State-owned oil enterprises are the bellwethers and leaders in China's oil industry.For such enterprises,scientific and effective performance management is very important and has a great impact on their stable development in the future.Although each enterprise all in their own performance management system,but in the process of implementation are more or less has some problems,as A member of the state-owned oil companies,A company of its performance management also need to solve problems,so this paper in combination with relevant theory,on the basis of performance management of A company is optimized.This paper first introduces an overview of the relevant theories of performance management,and then,on the basis of the relevant theories of performance management,starts from the status quo of employee performance management in company A,and finds out and points out the problems and shortcomings of company A's performance management by means of inductive analysis and questionnaire survey.Specific problems include: unclear understanding of the purpose of performance management,unreasonable performance assessment indicators,unscientific performance assessment cycle,inadequate performance feedback,and single application of performance results.According to the above problem,the optimization of A company performance management measures are put forward,from cognitive performance management,performance appraisal indexes and weights,performance appraisal cycle,performance feedback and performance results application several aspects,such as optimize the performance management of A company,thus effectively make up the lack of A corporate performance management,improve staff work enthusiasm and work enthusiasm,inspire staff potential,realizing the maximization of employee value,inorder to achieve enterprise objectives.
