Nowadays luggage production in China has reached more than 70% of the world's total output.Even in such a suitcase producing country,luggage enterprises are not outstanding like enterprises of clothing,textile or footwear emerged in big quantity in these industries.At present,compared with the scale of other enterprises and their operation ability,domestic luggage enterprises are still in the transition period of the growing up to maturity.From the consumption analysis,even though the overall retail environment is down,the domestic luggage consumption figures increased by 18% annually,which undoubtedly brings good opportunities for luggage enterprises.Huge market profits will be attracted numerous crossover brands and foreign brands such as Xiaomi Tech,Luolai textile,Chenguang stationery these other industries have entered the market,exacerbated the competition of domestic luggage market.Since the intense competition,the shortage has exposed that the domestic tradition luggage enterprise in the system management,especially in the human resources management.Benchmarking,as an effective management method,has become an important way for many enterprises to improve system management and achieve development goals.The first factor of the rapid development of enterprises is human resources,especially in the big era of Internet and industry 4.0.The rise of knowledge capital is the full research and development of human resources.Can the luggage enterprises manage the human resources on the basis of benchmarking,give full play to the role of human resources in the enterprise's competitive advantage,and to a certain extent solve the bottleneck of its rapid development? In this paper,the actual demand of luggage enterprises in human resources is discussed.First of all,based on the existing research on benchmarking management,in-depth analysis of the human resources on real application requirements;secondly,analyzes the index of human resources through interview and questionnaire investigation method,extract the key of punctuation;with the help of SPSS statistical analysis software,set the weight of punctuation.Thirdly,combining with the current situation of human resource management and enterprise's uniqueness,establish the internal benchmarking and external benchmarking.Finally,this paper takes HC luggage enterprises as a case to demonstrate the actual application of human resource benchmarking management in luggage enterprises.In this paper,to a certain extent,enriches the study of human resource management and business benchmarking vacancies of the luggage enterprise,and I hope this study will provide the reference and inspiration for the human resources staff of this industry,promoting the further development of human resources of the luggage enterprise.
