Application And Implementation Strategy Of Benchmarking In Qualitative Enhancement Engineering

Benchmarking,as one of the most important management methods supporting modern enterprises to continuous improve and gain competitive advantage,it is mainly used for seeking best practices in industry or cross-industry to improve performance.Since 1980 s,with the study of this method deepened,many well-known enterprises have taken it as a conventional management tool and made great success.The main direction of the structural supply-side reform is to improve the supply quality,and the central task of improving the supply system is to improve the quality of products and services in an all-round way.At present,the traditional advantages of China’s economic development are weakening,the stand out contradictions and problems in the structural imbalance of supply and demand in the real economy,the lack of effective supply of highquality products and services,there is urgent need for the greatest efforts to comprehensively improve quality and push China’s economic walking into the quality era.Facing the fierce competition and the impact of foreign companies,the domestic product development capability needs to be improved.Applying benchmarking method in product quality improvement projects can not only help companies formulate reasonable product strategic plans and improve product performance,but also overcome the blindness in the product development process.The research of this topic has important significance for enhancing the core competitiveness and competitive advantage of domestic independent products.The five general steps “launch,organize,reach out,assimilate,act” of benchmarking are organically combined with the product quality improvement project implementation plan to establish a set of benchmarking processes applicable to product quality improvement projects,including production enterprises research,product sampling,production site and quality control site benchmarking comparison,domestic and international standards research and benchmarking comparison,physical research and benchmarking comparison and other specific implementation steps,and try to make quality improvement project of polymermodified cement compounds for waterproofing membrane as the starting point to investigate the feasibility and practicality of the application of benchmarking in product quality improvement projects.In Chapter 1,the research background and significance of this topic are described,the research progress of benchmarking at home and abroad is reviewed,the research content,ideas and methods are further introduced.Chapter 2 introduces the definition,classification,development history and quality status of polymer-modified cement compounds for waterproofing membrane,and put forward the benchmarking process of p polymer-modified cement compounds for waterproofing membrane product quality improvement project,laying the foundation for further research in-depth.Chapter 3 makes in-depth research on production enterprises,product sampling and established a benchmarking system for polymer-modified cement compounds for waterproofing membrane production enterprises on-site benchmarking for production sites and quality control,finds the gap between the average level of industry site management and the benchmarking level,and pointed out the direction of improvement in production processes and site management.Chapter 4 studies Chinese standard system of polymer-modified cement compounds for waterproofing membrane,and further benchmarks with relevant standards of Japan,Europe,the United States,Australia,South Korea,Singapore and other countries,and finds out the advantages in our standards,insufficient to provide for the revision of standards references.Chapter 5,referring to expert opinions of production companies,industry associations,and standardization technical committees,selects physical products as benchmarks,and conduct benchmarking on the packaging and physical quality of products that are sampled by production enterprises,and clarify the current overall product situation and the gap with the benchmark product,indicate the direction of clear improvement in terms of packaging and physical quality.Chapter 6 describes the effectiveness of the two aspects after the quality benchmarking of the polymer-modified cement compounds for waterproofing membrane.Chapter 7 summarizes the full text,draws conclusions on the feasibility and practicality of the benchmarking process of the product quality improvement project,and evaluates the innovative points and deficiencies of the paper,and finally points out future development of product quality improvement project.This paper provides new ideas for the development of product quality improvement projects.It aims to provide standardized guidelines for product quality improvement projects.The research results can effectively optimize the product quality improve process,improve work efficiency,and promote overall product quality and supply quality.
