| This thesis,mainly in combination with the practical case of GDLNG project,emphatically discussed the project in the process of implementation of risk control,risk assessment in the process of operation management technology,the technology risk assessment using the HAZOP is commonly used in the petroleum chemical industry energy,QRA and RBI risk analysis method.These three kinds of method is currently the most advanced international evaluation methods,but in because of the lag technology,their applications in domestic very little,there is no domestic enterprises to establish their own risk management system.This paper detailed introduces the first risk assessment methods and means,and on the basis of full understanding,points out that project management at different stages of the project environment,corresponding to the different methods of risk analysis of project evaluation,put forward the specification,formal system of risk evaluation method,and demonstrates the sustainable management of risk analysis.This paper on the basis of project management knowledge,combined with the project evaluation,and other advanced theory,emphatically discusses the HAZOP,QRA and theoretical basis of the RBI risk analysis method and based on the theoretical basis,combining theory and practice experience,in view of the GDLNG pilot project is the domestic case,three different methods was applied to projects of different stages,different environment,summarizes the condition of each method,environment suitability.At the same time,there are some explanations for each method to solve different problems.The conclusion of this paper,can be applied to the risk management of domestic enterprises,and to the domestic technical risk analysis consulting enterprises.For domestic enterprises,through risk analysis to understand the whole process quality system of the project,manage the project of the whole process,and guide how to be a good manager;Evaluation of domestic institutions,can be purchased from abroad by each project and risk assessment data,according to analysis risk assessment data to establish a risk assessment model,on the basis of the analysis model to develop our own risk analysis software,at the same time make up for the deficiency in the process of the above.Further research is needed to deepen the project risk process. |
