| Based on the practical application status of hazard and operability(HAZOP)method,this paper points out the shortcomings of HAZOP in safety assessment and risk assessment.The common HAZOP guided by process parameters cannot meet the needs of different industries and production modes.In the evaluation work,the selection of guide words and parameters is not comprehensive because of curing in the long-term application process,and the analysis of the cause of deviation is not in place,which further leads to the loopholes in the process risk analysis results based on HAZOP.Based on the theoretical basis of risk identification and assessment,HAZOP improvement in SIL assessment process is the main research content of this project.By introducing operation procedure guide words,the conventional HAZOP analysis method dominated by process is supplemented.Put forward in view of the fine chemical intermittent HAZOP of the mode of production,starting from the characteristics of the intermittent type production mode,guide word as the guide,with operating procedures on reservation based on the analysis of the process deviation may occur in the disassembly analysis activities behavior,and through the consequences severity and frequency of the risk matrix assessment deviating from the consequences of risk rating.In order to verify the practicability of the method,the project took the intermediate of melatonin production project of a company in Anda city as the practice object.By combining the SIL evaluation of the improved HAZOP and LOPA,the possible deviations in the reaction process and operating procedures of the project were identified,and the causes and corresponding consequences were determined.On this basis,the LOPA is used to identify whether the existing protective layer meets the safety requirements.Through the addition of SIF and the determination of the corresponding integrity level,the effective independent protective layer is added to control the risk.The practice of the paper proves that the design of the SIS that meets the requirements of the safety integrity level of the project is completed by changing the guide word of HAZOP.On the basis of reducing the original risk of process reaction out of control,the risk caused by personnel operation is reduced at the same time.More comprehensive project risk control measures have been established. |
