Abstract/Summary:
Offshore oil engineering project,especially large oil and gas field development project,is an extremely complex system engineering which is easy to be affected by many uncertain factors.Its risk must be inevitable.Offshore oil platform as a core part of ocean petroleum engineering.Security risk assessment has not only confined to the level of risk,but also should include doing analysis to system security risk management and all kinds of risk identification to process facilities and equipment.Analysis and measures to the hazard is also necessary.HAZOP analysis is very practical in the review of project design stage and also very important to the project risk management.Bozhong 28/34 platform is selected in this article as the research object,and use the HAZOP analysis technology for risk analysis.Every important part in the PI&D figure is studied comprehensively and systematically.Analysis of risk caused by every important parameters deviation from the specified design conditions.And the measurements should be taken.As the HAZOP evaluation method used in large marine engineering projects become more and more increasingly maturing,Taking Bozhong 28-2S process transformation project for research objects,discussed whether the HAZOP analysis method has good application effect for daily engineering projects in the in-service offshore platform.Review the risk analysis of the five transformation process of Bozhong 28-2S offshore platform,The results show that HAZOP is applicable to the daily projects of the in service platform.The production process of Offshore oil and gas development is becoming more and more complicated and highly integrated,and the limitations of the HAZOP risk analysis method of is more significant.According to AHP theory,marine hierarchy model is established.The new models of SDG-HAZOP can avoid the disadvantage of traditional HAZOP evaluation,and it is better for offshore oil engineering risk analysis and control.Hierarchy of safety evaluation model of SDG and HAZOP and combining AHP is applied to renovation project process of Bozhong 28-2S.The most suitable for engineering risk analysis and evaluation methods or ideas in offshore oil engineering project is explored.It can unceasingly reduce risk and improve the economic benefit.
