For the rapid development of industrial concentration area in L City and the entry of a large number of industrial enterprises,the drainage volume has increased drastically,triggering a serious threat to the surrounding environment and directly affecting the local water resources and people’s water safety.If we did not solve the sewage treatment problem as soon as possible,it would inevitably hinder the construction and development of industrial clusters.In order to effectively improve the local ecological environment,renew surrounding water systems and alleviate social conflicts,L City decided to build a new sewage plant in the industrial concentration area.This paper introduces the first phase of the sewage treatment plant design and the technical research.Based on the in-depth investigation and extensive data collection,with reference to the experience of domestic and foreign urban sewage design,this paper uses the classification water consumption forecasting method and comprehensive water consumption indicator method to predict the water demand in the planning area and analyzes the industrial concentration according to the municipal water supply quantity District sewage water,to determine the long-term design of sewage treatment plant for the size of 3.0×10~5m~3/d,and the recent design size of 1.0×10~5m~3/d,in accordance with the principle of gradual construction and investment savings.The recent design scale is 5.0×10~4m~3/d.In this paper,the site selection scheme,sewage and sludge treatment programs of the WWTP are demonstrated.By comparing technical factors such as project investment,operation management and treatment effects,the final decision is to adopt pretreatment+hydrolytic acidification tank+modified A~2/O biochemical Pool+second sedimentation tank+BAF pool+mixed flocculation sedimentation tank+precision filter tank+UV disinfection technology,sludge treatment using electroosmotic sludge drying technology.In accordance with the recent design principle of taking into account the long term,the process parameters are designed for the various structures and subsidiary facilities of the sewage treatment.On the premise of meeting the technological process and combining the natural terrain conditions and the occupation area of the factory area,the whole plant will arrange the structures rationally,and reserve the long-term land,so that the division of labor is clear and the process is simple.After the completion of the sewage treatment plant,it will greatly accelerate the social and economic development in the industrial clusters and the surrounding areas,offering good basic conditions for residential water use,industrial water use and sustainable development in the region,and benifit for the surrounding ecological environment and the surrounding water systems.The restoration and protection is of great significance for the city to provide further favorable support for the rapid development.
