The excellent geographical location of A city attracts a large number of foreign population and industrial enterprises.With the rapid development of the new town,the drainage amount has increased greatly,which has caused great harm to the living environment and the water environment in the city.At present,there are two major problems in the new urban area:first,the problem of sewage collection,the urban network planning is not perfect,the new urban area and the surrounding urban area have only a few drainage main pipes,most of the areas are not laid drainage pipes,sewage discharged at will,pollution in the urban residential environment;two is the sewage treatment problem,because it is the problem of sewage treatment,because of the problem of sewage treatment,because it is the problem of sewage treatment,because it is the problem of sewage treatment,because it is the problem of sewage treatment The new development of urban area,there is no perfect sewage treatment facilities,sewage collection directly into the surrounding water after the collection of sewage,the overall ecological environment of the city has been a great threat.In order to solve the problem of sewage treatment,the new urban drainage pipe network was replanned and a sewage treatment plant was built.The design of drainage pipe network and the first phase of the sewage treatment plant were studied in this paper.In this paper,a case of sewage treatment design at home and abroad is widely collected,and the urban population size and water demand are predicted and analyzed.According to the related indexes,the water quantity in the planned area is analyzed,and the treatment scale of the sewage treatment plant is 2.0×104m3/d.The characteristics of urban sewage quality are analyzed,and the treatment level of sewage treatment plant is determined according to the discharge standard.According to the characteristics of urban planning,topographic landform and population size,the combined drainage system and the distributary drainage system are compared,and the diversion system is finally determined,and the drainage pipe network is designed and studied.Through the technical and economic comparison of site one and site two of the sewage treatment plant,the combined sewage treatment plant is more economical and determines the best site plan of the plant site.By comparing the technical factors such as project investment,operation management and treatment effect,the improved A2/O process and CAST process are compared.From the project cost and maintenance operation,the improved A2/O process is more advantageous,and the modified A2/O process is adopted in the biochemical pond,and the ClO2 disinfection method and ultraviolet disinfection method and the ultraviolet disinfection method are compared.The price is high,the maintenance cost is big,and the ClO2 disinfection method is mature and the experience is sufficient.This design determines the disinfection technology to use ClO2 disinfection;the sludge treatment adopts the technology of direct concentration and dehydration.The new sewage treatment plant is divided into two phases.The first stage is designed to be 2.0×104m3/d.In this paper,the layout of the level of the sewage plant and the sewage treatment process are designed and studied.Through the design and calculation,the main parameters of each structure are determined.After the completion of the sewage treatment plant,it will greatly improve the quality of the residential environment in A city and its surrounding areas,provide a good guarantee for the life and production of urban residents,further improve the competitiveness of the city,enhance the economic and social benefits of the city,and provide strong support for the development of the city.
