Shandong province’s economy is developing rapidly,and its population is increasing rapidly.With the development of cities,the discharge of sewage is also growing.Nowadays,urban domestic sewage in China ranks first among all kinds of pollution sources,which has caused great harm to the water ecological environment.How to treat urban wastewater reasonably and efficiently is a significant problem to be solved in China.This paper takes a sewage plant in Liaocheng City as the primary research object and conducts the on-site investigation.Due to the rapid urbanization in the area where the plant is located,the existing sewage treatment equipment can no longer meet the national emission standards.It is urgent to upgrade and transform to adapt to the current drastic environmental changes.(1)The deep discussion on various advanced treatment technology of sewage treatment plants in our country is analyzed from the aspects of operation principles,problems,and countermeasures in the operation process.After comparing rationality,economy,and applicability,it is determined that the sewage discharge quality meets the class A standard.Finally,the article puts forward three effective process design schemes.Scheme 1: Biological aerated filter+denitrification deep bed filter+sodium hypochlorite disinfection;Scheme 2: high-efficiency sedimentation tank+fiber filter cloth filter tank+sodium hypochlorite disinfection;Scheme 3: MBR+ ultraviolet disinfection.(2)Through the research on the upgrading scheme of the domestic and foreign urban sewage treatment plant and referring to the commonly used evaluation criteria abroad,an evaluation model based on the advanced treatment process scheme of the sewage treatment plant was established for the systematic analysis and screening of the alternative upgrading scheme of the sewage treatment plant.In this evaluation model,the weight of each index is determined by the AHP method,and a comprehensive evaluation index system scores the three items.The total score of Scheme 1 is 7.4474,Scheme 2 is 7.5414,and Scheme 3 is 7.1909.Scheme 2 is the optimal scheme.(3)After the upgrading project of the sewage treatment plant was completed and put into operation,this paper monitored the sewage quality for 30 days.Through test and analysis,this paper found that after The sewage treatment plant added the advanced treatment technology,the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant reached the class standard.The design method of this paper can effectively solve the water purification problem in urban sewage treatment plants and also play a positive role in promoting the prevention and control of water pollution in urban sewage treatment plants and protecting the regional ecological environment.
