Design And Feasibility Study On Relocation Project Of South Sewage Treatment Plant In Sihong County

There are two sewage treatment plants in the urban area of Sihong County,which are divided into Chengbei sewage treatment plant and Chengnan sewage treatment plant.The service scope is bounded by Suihe River and Bianhe river.Chengnan sewage treatment plant is located on the South Bank of Tuanjie River and the West Bank of Bianhe river.The current scale is 32500 m³/D.the service scope is the area south of Suihe road and west of Bianhe road in the county.The total planned scale is 60000 m³/D.The current total area of Chengnan sewage treatment plant is 95.7 mu.The sewage discharge standard shall comply with class I a standard in the discharge standard of pollutants for sewage treatment plants（GB18918-2002）.At present,the actual sewage treatment capacity is full.As the current sewage treatment plant in the south of the city is fully loaded,urban leakage,overflow and new sewage cannot enter the sewage treatment plant,which will inevitably be discharged into the surrounding rivers,which will cause pollution and ecological damage to the rivers.With the formation of urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta and the rapid improvement of urbanization level,it is bound to accelerate the industrial transfer in the Yangtze River Delta.Sihong County has the advantages of land and transportation.At the same time,it has sufficient industrial system and natural resources,which has made considerable basic preparations for industrial transfer.On the basis of the overall urban planning and land use planning of Sihong County,Chengnan sewage treatment plant will be relocated.This topic discusses the feasibility of the relocation project and puts forward the corresponding process flow.Paper on the basis of Sihong in and out of the water quality determination results,namely:the COD_Cr is 300 mg/L,is 130 mg/L BOD₅,SS is 284 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen was 34.1 mg/L,TN is 49.1 mg/L,TP 6.7 mg/L,is combined with the city water supply and drainage system,through the investigation and analysis,determine the sewage plant expansion and site conditions,the site of factory and processing capacity,there are two major periods,which are one stage of progress.Through the comparative analysis of different treatment processes,the treatment process route of"coarse grid and inlet pump room+fine grid and aerated grit chamber+improved AAO biochemical tank+high efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification deep bed filter+contact disinfection tank"is finally adopted.The subsequent sludge is mechanically concentrated+plate and frame filter press.After the moisture content reaches below 60%,the sludge is transported for disposal,The odor is treated by biofilter.This topic carries on the feasibility study to the Sihong County Chengnan Sewage Treatment Plant relocation project,according to the water quality and the determination process to the main treatment structure and the auxiliary structure design,and determines the technical parameters and the number of structures and equipment.The effluent water quality meets the Level A standard of"Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant"（GB18918-2002）.Compared with the old project,have more ideal benefit.It belongs to the national encouraged subject and meets the requirements of the national industrial policy.To sum up,the relocation project construction scheme is economically reasonable and technically feasible.Therefore,it is feasible to build the relocation project of the sewage treatment plant in the south of the city through this scheme.The process adopted in this scheme also provides a certain theoretical reference for the promotion of the relocation project of the same type of sewage plant in the future.
