The strategic management of the enterprise is a high-level decision-making mode,which can stipulate the future development goals of the enterprise and formulate relevant development plans for the achievement of the goal.Under the fierce competition in the global economic integration,the enterprise wants to survive and continue to expand the development,must make a developmental,long-term,overall planning in the present and future business activities,and formulates the methods and measures to implement this planning,to help the enterprise to achieve the future goals.With the rapid development of modern economy,logistics has become an indispensable part of integrated economic development.China Petroleum and Natural Gas Transportation Company is a large-scale logistics enterprise,mainly products oil transportation,and also a variety of modes of transportation since its its establishment.It has experienced leapfrog development,and set up a professional team,become a professional logistics enterprises.In this paper,taking China Petroleum and Natural Gas Transportation Company as an example,this paper studies how to find opportunities in the high competition of the fierce logistics market,so as to keep the enterprise developing and expanding,and applies the theory of strategic management to study the strategic planning of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Transportation Company.Based on the research foundation of strategic management,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of China's Petroleum and Natural Gas Transportation Company,analyzes the strategic direction of the company,sets the strategic goals and solutions of the company,and seeks the opportunities for the development of the company.After determining the strategy of the firm,the execution of the strategy has been disintegrated,identifying the direction of the department,and establishing a healthy assessment system.In the implementation process of tracking,this paper found the company strategic control problems,and puts forward the ways to solve these problems,in order to ensure that the strategic plan of China's Oil and Gas Transportation Company continue.
