Study On Development Strategy Of Zhongke TH Co.,Ltd

During the“13th Five-Year”period,China’s economic development entered a new normal.Coordination and integration of economic development and environmental protection is particularly important.The state is actively exploring new paths for green ecological development.Since the eighteen Party’s ecological civilization construction has been included in the overall layout of the five in one and The general guiding ideology of ecological civilization construction put forward in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee and The nineteen is to build ecological civilization into a "millennium plan" and Establishment of the Ministry of ecology and environment.The construction of ecological civilization has risen to the height of national strategy.With the introduction of a series of relevant policies and regulations,the construction of the system of ecological civilization is gradually improving.The state has increasingly strengthened support for solid waste recycling and water treatment projects in the field of environmental protection in China especially in Hebei.Therefore,enterprises are urged to speed up the industrialization process and key technological breakthroughs so as to accelerate the development of environmental protection industry.The environmental protection industry has ushered in the golden period of development,full of opportunities and challenges.The object of this study is a new venture funded by three old environmental protection enterprises during this golden era.It is worthwhile to explore the development strategy of the enterprise so as to make better judgement and choice for decision makers because it is new.This article will take Zhongke TH limited liability company as the research object.Using theories and models of strategic management and Economics,and Combining case analysis,quantitative analysis and other methods to do it.This article will be based on PEST,SWOT and Michael Porter five forces model Suggestions for strategic choice for Zhongke TH and estimate the implementation effect.Through this study,we will play a helpful role in the development of Zhongke TH’s strategic management.
