As a large number of coal mines in our country enter the deep-seated mining stage,the mining environment is more complicated and harsh,putting forward higher requirements on the power supply and distribution network.If the power distribution network fails,the series of consequences can be catastrophic.In recent years,the integration of coal resources enterprises,put forward the goal of digital coal mine,coal mine power supply and distribution network monitoring system is even more essential.At present,except for a few large-scale coal mines,most of the monitoring and control systems for power supply and distribution networks in coal mines have some shortcomings such as incomplete data collection,poor system expansion and single visualization method,which are not conducive to the construction requirements of digital mines.An urgent need for monitoring and control system for power supply and distribution in deep coal mine,with data collection is more efficient and comprehensive,the system platform is more open and more immersive on the scene,to achieve a unified digital mine platform.In this paper,firstly,the overall research and design are carried out from the aspects of requirements analysis and overall architecture.Then the visualization of monitoring substations,monitoring masters and 3D virtual scenes for power supply and distribution network monitoring system are separately designed.This article is divided into three parts:1)Monitoring sub-station analysis and designAnalyze and design the functional requirements,compositional structure,software modules and communication protocols,respectively,and adopt high-performance embedded industrial computer as the processing core of the monitoring sub-station and the design of the plug-in functional modules to improve the monitoring substation stability and communication capabilities,with small size,flexible communication configuration features.2)Monitor the main station analysis and designAdopt SCADA system structure,design the module composition,OPC Server server,MCGS configuration software and so on respectively.Adopt the powerful OPC Server server to realize the unified access and management of real-time data and improve the open performance of the system.3)3D virtual scene designIn view of the limitations of traditional two-dimensional monitoring methods,a virtual three-dimensional virtual scene visual interface has been developed based on Virtools platform using virtual reality technology.The design of three-dimensional model,artificial roaming and automatic roaming,OPC Server data communication and power parameter visualization are respectively designed.It realizes the monitoring and control environment with on-site immersion,greatly enhances the ability of data analysis and display,and improves the system management efficiency. |
