The air compressor station is used to make compressed air and provide power for pneumatic equipment in industrial production.The reliability and high efficiency of the air compressor station system work directly affects the entire plant's production operations and economic benefits.With the gradual refinement of modern industrial production management,companies expect to build an air-pressure station monitoring system with high pressure control accuracy,low energy consumption and good stability,and improve the system's automation monitoring and management.Based on the background of the computer monitoring project of an oil-exhaust pumping station's air-pressure station,this paper develops an overall design scheme for the air-pressure station monitoring system according to the requirements of the manufacturers and according to the characteristics of the process.A control strategy combining frequency control and unit coordination control is proposed and the system is implemented.Hardware design and software design.The entire system is the upper computer monitoring layer,the PLC acquisition and control layer and the detection and execution layer three-tier architecture form.The application of PROFIBUS-DP distributed control technology establishes the connection between the master station PLC and the ET200 M slave station.The monitoring layer uses the WinCC V7.3 configuration software to design the upper monitoring program.The acquisition and control layer completes the PLC hardware configuration and program writing through STEP7 V5.5 software,implements the system control program,uses the WinCC Flexible 2008 software for touch screen program development,and on-site inspection.Instrumentation and actuators form the system to detect the execution layer.The final completion of the air compressor monitoring system on-site commissioning,real-time monitoring and control of the air compressor station on-site conditions.In order to realize the precise control of the supply pressure of the monitoring system,this paper proposes a fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm for the variable pressure speed regulation system based on the system air supply pressure characteristics,and realizes the automatic frequency conversion control of the system.The fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm is verified by MATLAB software simulation.The superiority and reliability.The practical application shows that the design and development of the air-pressure station monitoring system based on S7-300 PLC has high stability,and the control method of combination control of variable-frequency control and air-compression unit coordination is feasible,and the effect is significant on the constant-pressure control and can meet the production demand.
