Since venturing into the 21st century,most of our early development oil field has entered the development of late stage,water injection method led to output oil contained too much water.From the drilling part,improving production capacity becomes more and more difficult.Improving the gathering and transportation part,especially by improving the united station of crude oil dehydration automation monitoring level and technical staff operating level to reduce the level of dehydration production process losses,becomes very necessary.With the rapid development of virtual reality technology,the virtual reality monitoring interface becomes one of the main upgrade direction of the monitoring system.A set of intuitive and vivid virtual reality monitoring interface can describe the data of monitoring system better,so that the united station managers could receive more on-site information.In order to meet the goal of building industry in 2020 and speed up the digitalization and intelligent construction of oil field,this paper applies the virtual reality technology and virtual PLC simulation technology to the remote monitoring system of crude oil dehydration production process in the united station.This study draws the following results:1.After studying the production process and operation principle of the united station,the monitoring and control requirements are summarized according to the production requirements.The hardware and software framework of the monitoring system is designed according to the virtual reality technology,OPC technology and PLC technology.2.After using the 3D modeling software and the computer 3D graphics interface to build the virtual scene of the united station dewatering site.the scene rendering method is reasonably optimized,and the basic interaction between the user and the virtual scene is completed.3.Study PID control principle and control valve input and output curve.The Siemens 300 Series PLC was used to configure and develop a field control system for crude oil dewatering processes.In addition,a virtual PLC is designed to communicate with the OPC server using a network interface.4.After researched OPC standard,the OPC server is developed and the OPC client is developed by using the custom interface of OPC.The OPC client can remotely control the field PLC through the OPC server to complete the design of the remote control part.5.After designed and implemented the SQL Server-based database,we use the C#language and the.NET framework to complete the software functions such as user login,user management,virtual reality monitoring and virtual simulation.Finally developed a set for the united station crude oil dehydration,with a virtual reality monitoring interface for remote and on-site technical staff,can be use as production management monitoring system.When system does not access the control network in the case,the virtual simulation function can work with virtual PLC run the program for simulate.So that the technical staff can easily debugging the control code and set the control parameters.
