| Transmission pump station serves as an important part of coal mine water supply and drainage system.The stable and reliable operation of the equipment ensures safety production of mine.But problems such as consumption,cost,safety,monitoring and testing of equipment,labor productivity,and others exist,this article takes technological transformation project of automation monitoring of No.2 well production water transmission pump station of Sangshuping in Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.as the basis,utilize the industrial ethernet as the transmission link,PLC control system as the control terminal,combining database OPC technology,to develop automatic control system of pump station with a set of enery-saving strategy.This article analyzes and studies the relation between supply and demand of intermediate pools and high pools,design one set of automation control strategy of pump station based on PLC control.The upper computer of the system adopts Siemens configuration software for platform management.The upper computer and PLC control cabinet are connected through industrial ring network to upload on-line data such as water level of each pool,pipeline flow and equipment status in real time,and realize remote centralized control at the same time.This can improve equipment management level and reduce labor intensity.Based on this,a kind of control algorithm with energy-saving strategy is proposed combining with optimal scheduling theory.In the study of optimal scheduling control strategy,according to the principle of "avoiding the peak and following the valley",the mathematical model and control strategy with two different objective functions of energy saving and electricity saving in the pump group are established.For the first class,dynamic programming model is adopted.Under the condition that the total water supply of centrifugal pump is a constant value,the optimal distribution model for solving the total water supply among pump groups is established to minimize the energy consumption.The second class is to divide each water supply cycle into several periods and minimizes the electricity charge in each period.This project successfully conducted experimental test,and passed the acceptance check of mining company.Among them,monitoring and testing equipment installed in the centralized control room of mine lot can provide friendly and intuitive man-machine operation interface,and realize the real-time display of the status of field equipment,remote centralized monitoring of equipment and automatic unattended operation.The system operates simply,which can reduce labor intensity,and improve production efficiency and automatic centralized control management. |
