Liaohe Oilfield is the largest manufacturing base of heavy oil in China.Jinzhou oil extraction plant is a relatively late developed one in Liaohe Oilfield,of which Jin 94 block is a secondary fault block of Jin 45 block.Being put into excavation in 1986,it has been developed for 28 years till now.The unit operating cost of steam stimulation has been increasing year by year and has reached 2079.21 yuan/ton in 2015.The efficiency of steam stimulation has been increasingly worsening and entered in the late period of development.However,the remaining oil is still rather rich.Therefore,the conversion research and experiment on the development mode of steam stimulation to transform development mode,achieve output replacement and reverse the trend of decline is imminent.In this paper,the geological condition,development process and status of Jin 94 block are analyzed and studied.According to the actual condition of the block,it is put forwarded to transform the mode of development and adopt steam drive oil excavation.According to the steam drive experience of the pilot test area Jin 45 block,the whole Jin 94 block steam drive transformation is planned and oil reservoir engineering is designed.The application effect after the transformation is continuously tracked.In the design of reservoir engineering,the injection-production parameters,well pattern and stratified gas-injection zone of Jin 94 block are optimized,using the "Hui" shape design of the well pattern.Compared with the inverted nine-spot pattern,it increases the controlled reserves of single well group and the utilization ratio of old wells and reduces the number of gas injection wells and drilling investment,which is a more feasible well pattern structure.Ensuring the perfection of well pattern as high as possible,its essence is to increase the production-injection ratio,which can be flexibly changed.The paper also analyzes the effect of the application on the project field and puts forward further suggestion,providing the basis for determining the replacement mining mode in the late period of heavy oil stimulation and an important reference for the development of other blocks with common reservoir characteristics as Jin 94 block.
