With the development of intelligent design,advanced technologies such as expert system and machine learning were applied to the design field more and more.At present,the research on the conceptual design of the shearer is still overly dependent on the experts in the field,and the developed shearer conceptual design system does not consider the reasonable matching between the internal structure parameters and the three-mechanizes in fully mechanized mining.In this paper,the overall parameter design in the conceptual design process of the shearer was designed.In view of the main problems existing at present,the similarity between the "three-machines" and the biological population was compared.The ecology was introduced into the conceptual design of the shearer,and the competition and coordination relationship between the biological populations was simulated and the cooperative evolution based on multi groups of concept design method of shearer is proposed.This method analyzes the cooperative and competitive relationship between machines from the ecological perspective,and combines machine learning,case-based reasoning and model reasoning technology to reuse the expert knowledge and design experience,and improves the efficiency and quality of the conceptual design of the shearer.In view of the similarity between the characteristics of the conceptual design of the shearer and the ecology of the product,the concept of ecology was introduced into the conceptual design of the shearer.The coal miner's genes,cells,organs and shearer individuals were defined.The method of obtaining and expressing the gene of the shearer was also studied.Based on the similarity between comparative ecology and product population in fully mechanized coal mining face,the synergistic relationship between "three machines" in fully mechanized mining was studied.And the ecological model of fully mechanized mining face and the conceptual design model of Shearer based on ecology are established.This model provides theoretical guidance for the case base of the shearer's product and the conceptual design process of the shearer.The relationship between the main components of the cutting section and the traction part of the shearer and the solution method are analyzed.The cooperative relationship between the "three machines" in the fully mechanized coal mining face was analyzed,including the production capacity synergy,the dimension coordination and the geological conditions coordination,and the selection of the condition attribute,the decision attribute and the algorithm flow are determined.It provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the prediction model of the three parameters of the fully mechanized coal mining machine.The case base of shearer and standard parameter database are established by case based reasoning,and CBR was used to retrieve the similar cases of theshearer.For the problem that can not be solved by case reasoning,combined with the model reasoning technology,the overall parameter prediction model of "three machines" based on the limit learning machine was established.Through the combination of prediction models and design formulas,we got the innovative solution of the overall design parameters of shearers.After verification,the average relative error of the prediction model was less than 5%,and the accuracy of the classification algorithm is over 85%,which can meet the application needs.Based on ASP.NET technology,database technology and hybrid programming technology,a coal shearer conceptual design system based on multi group coevolution was developed,which can retrieve similar examples according to user needs.In the case of no similar cases,the overall parameters of the shearer are obtained by model reasoning and the combination of the hydraulic support and the scraper conveyor.The collaborative design of shearer's overall parameters was realized,which improves the practicability and adaptability of the design.Based on the shearer conceptual design method of multi group coevolution,the cooperative relationship between the three machines was studied from the ecological point of view.It not only considers the cooperative coordination between the "three machines" in the design of the shearer,but also provides a convenient,fast and efficient remote design method,which improves the design efficiency of the designers and the design efficiency of the design personnel.The practicability of the design scheme.Through system testing and application,the system was easy to operate,and runs well,and the result is reliable.
