Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,the mechanical products manufacturing industry is more competitive.Manufacturing technology becomes more advanced and product design cycle is more and more short.mining and transporting equipment(Shearer,Road header,Scraper conveyor)belongs to the complicated machinery.The key to survival is that coal enterprise designs the coal equipment by fast and efficient to meet the market demand.Conceptual design is the initial stage of the product life cycle,played a leading role in product research and development design phase,determined product performance,quality,cost and so on.Therefore,conceptual design plays a vital role in the whole product development.In this paper,combined with the case reasoning and the based on support vector regression machine model reasoning.Fusion reasoning model is used to realize the concept of product design.On the demand of the users attributes,firstly,run the case-based reasoning,retrieval strategy using nearest neighbor algorithm,access to product the most similar instance in the case database search,after manual intervention and modification,save the instance in the library.For search didn't find meet the requirements in the process of practice,to adopt new machine learning method-support vector machine(SVM)regression theory to design innovation.MATLAB-Libsvm toolbox is used to return projections for instance analysis,by using the genetic optimization algorithm for the optimal parameters of support vector regression analysis,using the model meet the design requirements of the new problem of the solution,realizing fast the conceptual design of product.Combining the modern conceptual design methods of the case-based reasoning(CBR)and the model-based reasoning(MBR),and using dynamic network technology,database technology.Development the conceptual design system of mining and transporting equipment is based on Web,which can realize the network collaborative design,realize the resource sharing,also can meet the security requirements of the enterprise internal information.System development is based on ASP.NET platform,using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 tools,selecting the C#language and SQL server2008 to create the database.Development the good man-machine interface,stable and reliable conceptual design system of mining and transporting equipment.
