| In recent years,floods have frequently been affected by climate change,and with the increase in the number of chemical parks in economic development,the Natech event that floods hit chemical accidents in chemical parks has increased in probability.In the flood-induced Natech incident,leaked chemicals can have serious consequences.However,researchers at home and abroad are currently focusing on the research on the destruction of chemical equipment caused by floods,and less considering the consequences of accidents under flood conditions.Therefore,it is necessary to study the consequences of flood induced chemical storage device leakage.Main research:(1)Analyze and discuss the energy accidental transfer theory of flood disasters,logical derivation technology and the basic principles of chemical spillage under conventional circumstances.According to the nature,it can be divided into gas leakage and liquid leakage.According to the stage of leakage,it can be divided into leakage stage,Diffusion stage,fire explosion stage.(2)Based on the existing chemical spill diffusion model,consider the special scenarios under flood conditions,and sort out the chemical diffusion model under flood conditions.The conventional leak rate model takes into account the water pressure at the time of leaking under the water surface and sorts out the leakage rate model under flood conditions.Diffusion of leaked liquids under flood conditions is approximately seen as the spread of poisons in shallow river channels.The quantitative diffusion model of leaking liquid chemicals under flood conditions is obtained by referring to the transport-diffusion model in the natural channels of wastewater discharge areas..(3)An example application was conducted to simulate the occurrence of compressed methane gas and atmospheric gasoline liquid leakage in a chemical plant induced by floods.The factors that have a greater impact on the leakage rate,diffusion range,and explosion range were analyzed,and flood control emergency management for chemical plants was performed discuss.(4)The leakage rate of compressed gas under floodwater is not affected by the pressure under the flood.When the leakage hole of the atmospheric liquid tank is below the flood,the flood pressure will affect the leakage rate.Under flood conditions,the model for the diffusion of leaking liquid in flood water can refer to the calculation of the scope of the leakage of liquid leakage by referring to the use of a sewage discharge model on shallow natural rivers.This paper studies and discusses the leakage rate and diffusion,fire and explosion model of leaked gas and liquid under flood conditions,and regards the diffusion of liquid chemicals in flood waters as the transfer and diffusion of poisons in natural rivers,in order to quantitatively study flood induced chemical.The consequences of installation accidents provide new reference ideas. |
