In the flood-induced Natech incident,chemical storage tank areas may experience accidents such as tank leakage,fire,explosion,and even the domino effect of the accident,which may affect adjacent storage tanks,causing secondary accidents and expanding disaster consequences.At present,scholars at home and abroad focus on the damage of equipment to floods,but lack of research on the consequences of accidents and prevention measures under flood conditions.Based on the quantitative analysis of the domino effect of the pool fire,this article takes a chemical plant in the petrochemical zone of the Gaolan Port Economic Zone in Zhuhai as the research object to study the domino effect of a chemical storage tank area under the action of floods,and analyzes the flood rate of a storage tank area The impact of the domino effect of the disaster.Calculate the critical flood rate of the domino effect that may occur when the storage tank area suffers from a flood disaster.From the perspectives of disaster monitoring and early warning,safety management,and accident emergency response,countermeasures are proposed for the chemical plant and similar petrochemical storage tank areas to cope with the domino effect of floods.main research:(1)Analyze the impact of flood disasters on chemical storage tanks,analyze the possibility of flooding in chemical plants and the leakage of chemical storage tanks under flood conditions.By improving the conventional leakage consequence model,a model of chemical tank leakage rate under flood conditions was obtained,and the leakage rate of gasoline storage tank under flood disaster at a chemical plant in Gaolan Port,Zhuhai was calculated.(2)The domino effect of the storage tank area under flood was analyzed.The theory of the domino effect of the storage area under the flood condition and the mechanism of the domino accident in the storage area of a chemical plant were studied.The critical heat radiation value that caused the domino effect was analyzed.(3)Based on an example scenario,the domino effect of a fire in the tank area of a chemical plant in Gaolan Port,Zhuhai was analyzed and calculated,and the critical flood velocity of the domino effect under the action of the flood in the tank area was obtained.(4)By analyzing and calculating the domino effect of a chemical plant storage area in Gaolan Port,Zhuhai,measures to deal with the domino effect are put forward from disaster warning and prevention of tank failure,safety management,and other aspects.From the perspective of flood speed,this paper studies the impact of flood speed on the domino effect after the failure of the storage tank,and calculates the critical flood speed of the domino effect when the storage tank area is subject to flood disaster.The thesis focuses on examples and researches around the example scenarios to solve practical problems in production and life.
