Oil leakage causes not only serious economic losses, but also the inestimableimpact on environment and society. The blank in the field of China and internationalon the buried oil pipeline leakage accident emergency key technology research wasfilled by this research and a buried oil pipeline emergency system was established.Based on the FloEFD—an analysis software of fluid&heat transfer,corresponding simulation research according to the experimental platform model wasmade. Typical media (oil, gasoline, diesel, naphtha, benzene) leakage characteristic ofstraight pipe, elbow, tee, flange and valve was systemic studied. Leakagecharacteristic experimental platform of straight pipe, elbow, tee, flange and valvewhich takes water as the simulation object was established and leakage characteristicof different delivery pressure was researched. The leakage characteristic of buried oilpipeline was put forward by comparing and analyzing the result of experimental andsimulation research.The structure type, implementation process, plugging parts, plugging media,sealing material and sealing form of various technology of leakage blocking withpressure was deeply analyzed, the action principle and process characteristics ofdifferent plugging technology was cleared and the applicability of different pluggingtechnology was put forward.Based on the leakage characteristic of buried oil pipeline which was establishedabove, the emergency preplan of leakage blocking with pressure, implementation planof technology of leakage blocking with pressure, emergency preplan for safetyoperation was systemic studied and established. The effectiveness of the emergencypreplan for leakage blocking with pressure of buried oil pipeline was evaluated by G1weighting method, the evaluation index set of effectiveness and weight of evaluationindex of emergency preplan for leakage blocking with pressure of buried oil pipelinewas determined, the evaluation index system of effectiveness of emergency preplanfor leakage blocking with pressure of buried oil pipeline was established.Based on the system of technology of leakage blocking with pressure which wasestablished above, the whole process of technical aspects for all kinds emergencytreatment of leakage blocking with pressure was comprehensive researched and systematic analyzed, at the same time, the technical content of data collection, riskassessment and other aspects of the various elements was built.Based on the theoretical research results, the software for emergency treatmentsystem of leakage accident of buried oil pipeline was wrote. The research findingswas delivered by this software which greatly promoted the practical of researchresults. The economic losses, environmental pollution and negative impact on societywhich was caused by the leakage accident would be minimized by using the researchresults.
