Reaserching the emergency key technologies about leakage accident oflong-distance pipeline can provide technical support and guarantee for leakageblocking with pressure and efficiency evaluation of emergency plan about leakageaccident, and can reduce loss. Therefore subject research not noly has theoreticalvalue but also has high economic and cocial practical significance.The calculation models of leak rate and leak mass flow under turbulent transportabout long-distance oil pipeline were researched. According to gas flow rate inpipeline and three states in leak hole, calculation models of the leakage rate and thepressure and temperature at leakage center of the long-distance gas pipeline wereidentified. In order to facilitate the calculation, the leak rate calculation softwarebased on VC++was completed.Based on FLUENT flow simulation software, leakage emulations of straight pipe,tee, elbow, flange and valve of long-distance oil pipeline were researched. The rulesof how the diameter of pipe, the equivalent diameter of leak hole and flow rate in pipeinfluence the leak rate and leak mass flow rate were established. Based on FLOEFDflow simulation software, leakage emulations of straight pipe, tee, elbow, flange andvalve of long-distance gas pipeline were researched. The rules of how the feedpressure, flow rate in pipe and equivalent diameter of leak hole influence the leak rate,leak mass flow rate and leak volume flow were established.The concepts of leakage blocking with pressure, plugging range and commonleakage form were introduced. For the leak of straight pipe, elbow, tee, valve andflange, the methods of leakage blocking with pressure were researched. Combinatingthe medium category, pressure rating, transporting temperature and lekage part, basedon a lot of analysis of various plugging ways, the applicability principles of variousblocking way with pressure were summarized.According the solving process of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the evaluationfactors and the weights of various factors about emergency preplan of leakageblocking with pressure were proposed, and the evaluation grade scale about varioussub-factors and the evaluation system of membership degree about sub-factors remarkto the total remark was established. Calculating the given two plugging way withpressure can show the solving process with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Theevaluation software of emergency preplan of leakage blocking with pressure wasfinished based on VC++.
