Refinery chemical enterprises have the characteristics of "high temperature and high pressure,inflammable and explosive,toxic and harmful" It is necessary to carry out fire operation,high altitude operation,restricted space,temporary electric power operation or cross-check in the repair and repair of the device,which determines that the risks faced by the device are very great.So how to carry out security overhaul,make the device in overhaul to minimize the risk,risk management has become the most important work.Based on S company type hydrogen unit overhaul project as the research object,guided by the theory of risk management,from people's unsafe behavior and unsafe state,environmental factors and management factors four aspects of hydrogen production overhaul key operation is used to identify the risk of the project,USES expert interview method to analyze the hydrogen production unit overhaul project risk source,risk identification results are given;Secondly,analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of project risk factors by constructing the two judgment matrix,then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the project risk result.Finally,according to the result of risk analysis,the concrete countermeasures are put forward.From the perspective of macro,the paper puts forward that the construction of safety culture has great influence on the risk management of hydrogen production equipment overhaul project.The research results of this paper can provide reference for S company to reduce the risk of major overhaul project of other devices in the future,and also provide reference for the equipment maintenance of similar enterprises.
