The Risk Management Research On The Delayed Coking Plant Of Oil Refinery Of Jilin Petrochemical Company

For the refining enterprises, the industry characteristics of high temperature and pressure, explosiveness, poisonousness and harmfulness determine that the risk of maintenance service of plant equipment is great. Maintenance operations of refinery equipment are greatly specialized, complex and dangerous. Risk management is the most effective measure to prevent accidents and ensure to achieve safety management goal.The paper focuses on the risk of the maintenance operations of the delayed coking plant in Refinery of Jilin Petrochemical Corporation. It identifies the risk of the maintenance operation according to the object, people, task environment, and the flaws in the management under the guidance of the risk management theory. And it shows the results of the risk indentification. Besides, the article analyses the source of the risk of the maintenance operations of the delayed coking plant using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fault tree analysis method.Finally, it shows the method, stragedies, emergency system and rescue of the risk from four aspects, namely, the object, people task environment, and the flaws in the management.The paper not only can provide some useful reference for cutting down the risk of the maintenance operations of the delayed coking plant in Refinery of Jilin Petrochemical Corporation but also has some referential significance for other corporations.
