Maintenance Management System Of Oil Production Plant Based On Ultimus BPM

With the development of information technology and the deepening reform of management mode of oil production companies,it is necessary to design and develop a set of maintenance business management system using information technology to realize the information management of maintenance business of oil production plants.The construction significance of the system lies in changing the original backward working mode,combing the workflow of the solidification maintenance business,making every maintenance work traceable and ensuring the rapid and efficient operation of the maintenance work.In view of this goal,this paper has done some related research,including:Firstly,the paper summarizes the current situation of maintenance management in domestic and foreign enterprises.Combined with the actual situation of the oil production plant,the paper analyses the problems existing in the maintenance management of the oil production plant.This paper studies the organizational structure and business process of maintenance business management,discusses the necessity of standardized and process-based maintenance business process management in oil production plants,and combs out a concise and efficient maintenance business disposal process in oil production plants.Secondly,understanding the technology of workflow engine,the architecture of maintenance management system of oil production plant based on Ultimus BPM is put forward.The process of system analysis and design using UML unified modeling language and object-oriented development technology is discussed.The system structure mode of B/S is proposed,and the reliability and superiority of programming language selection Java and data storage selection Oracle database are discussed.Finally,the implementation,operation and system testing of the maintenance management system of oil production plant are described,and the system is summarized and prospected.The system includes five functional modules: business process,business management and control,labor measurement,evaluation and system function.Through the implementation of the system,the online operation of the maintenance business process and the real-time inquiry of the related statistical work can be realized.The research results of the paper are helpful to improve the management level of the maintenance business of the oil production plant.
