Research On Risk Management And Control Of Substation Maintenance Safety In Q Power Supply Company

With the rapid growth of power grid volume,the number of substation and maintenance equipment is increasing day by day,and the maintenance work of substation maintenance is also growing rapidly.Substation maintenance mainly includes maintenance,commissioning,replacement of circuit breakers and disconnectors,maintenance and repair of transformer,mutual inductor and other substation equipment in the station,so as to make them reach the scope of technical standards,which is the core support for the development of smart grid in the new situation.Deepen the research on the safety risk management and control system of substation maintenance operation,establish and improve the safety production pre control mechanism,which is conducive to reducing the power grid safety risk,better control various safety accidents,and ensure the safe and stable development of the enterprise.This paper deeply analyzes the risk of Q power supply company’s transformer maintenance operation,evaluates the risk of maintenance operation,and finally takes pre control measures for the safety risk of maintenance operation.Through the construction and implementation of safety risk identification,risk assessment and safety risk management system for substation maintenance operation,it brings reasonable management and control ideas and solutions to power supply enterprises,which is conducive to providing users with a more secure and reliable power supply environment.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of risk management and its development at home and abroad,compares different risk identification technologies and common risk assessment methods,and has a preliminary understanding of risk identification and risk assessment methods.Combined with the actual work of substation maintenance,this paper proposes to adopt literature research method and expert investigation method to carry out riskidentification,and qualitative and quantitative analysis method to carry out risk assessment.Then it analyzes the connotation of risk and risk related management knowledge,and summarizes that the risk factors of substation maintenance work mainly consist of four aspects: operator risk,environmental risk,management risk and equipment and tool risk.Finally,based on the expert investigation method,it corrects the influencing factors of substation maintenance work safety,and obtains 13 safety risk factors,which are judged by the calculation of fuzzy membership degree The level of risk factors,and the risk factors after the evaluation are analyzed in depth,and the reasons for the existing problems of Q power supply company’s safety risk management of substation maintenance operation are analyzed,providing empirical data for the construction and implementation of Q power supply company’s safety management system of substation maintenance operation.In this paper,seven measures are put forward,such as hierarchical management and control of maintenance operation,optimization of organizational structure,improvement of staff quality,tracking management of the whole process of operation plan,standardization of operation,anti violation work and safety inspection,so as to pre control the safety risk of power supply maintenance.Finally,taking220 kV GQ transformer 220 kV tube bus replacement transformer maintenance operation site as an example,the whole process of safety risk management and control of Q power supply company’s transformer maintenance operation is implemented,and the effectiveness of safety risk management and control of Q power supply company’s transformer maintenance operation is evaluated through the operator’s safety level identification and combined with "autumn safety inspection".
