The Planning And Design Of Wood Furniture Coating Production Line Based On Green Concept

This paper taking the planning of coating production line as the research object,the contents and methods of the planning of the wood furniture coating production line under the green concept are deeply studied by the method of literature research,field investigation and analysis,so that the wood furniture enterprises can obtain both the environmental protection and the economy at the same time.It improves the cognition of the furniture green painting production line and makes a useful supplement to the research on the planning of modern furniture green factory.and also provides reference for the planning of the green painting production line for more wood furniture enterprises in the future,enriches the theoretical content and methods of the design of the painting production line of the furniture enterprises.First of all,from five aspects of coating object,coating,technology,equipment and management,this paper discusses the green painting technology system of wood furniture,which provides reference for the selection of process,equipment and production mode in the planning of follow-up production line.Secondly,the application of modular design idea in layout design of wood furniture coating production line is studied.With the help of modular design,the coating process and equipment of wood furniture water-based coatings are deconstructed and divided into several functional modules.The process flow chart is simplified in the form of module,thus the layout of the production line is optimized.At the same time,by combining functional modules with different processing capabilities,it can quickly reconstruct the production line to obtain the diverse needs of products.It provides new ideas and methods for coating production line planning.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,based on the green painting technology,with the help of the concept of modularization,combined with the actual requirements and conditions of SS enterprises,a specific wood furniture water-based coating production line is designed,to verify the reasonableness of the research results.The whole coating production line can reduce the cost of production,reduce the emission and energy consumption of harmful pollutants and improve the utilization of resources on the premise of ensuring the quality of the products,the smooth transportation of the factory,the advanced processing method and the high degree of automation.
