In the field of furniture design and manufacturing technology,traditional solid wood furniture is one of representative forestry products.With the gradual improvement of the standard of living of the people,people’s demand for art and culture of furniture is also increasing.This is in contradiction with traditional solid wood furniture with a single material form and lack of regional cultural connotation.Therefore,the design of traditional solid wood furniture requires in-depth digging into the forms and connotations of different regional cultures,integrating with traditional solid wood furniture design,promoting the innovation of solid wood furniture design,enriching the furniture art culture,embodying regional cultural characteristics of furniture,and assisting the innovation of solid wood furniture industry.This thesis chooses the characteristic enamel of Henan as a regional cultural element and integrates design and innovation with solid wood furniture.Through literature research,comparative analysis,experimentation and other research methods,systematic research and analysis were conducted on porcelain enamel,porcelain enamel chips,solid wood furniture,enamel composite boards,furniture design,and manufacturing techniques.The method of fusion design with solid wood furniture.The research results can increase the regional cultural connotation of traditional solid wood furniture,expand the design concept of solid wood furniture,and enrich the art form of solid wood furniture,and explore a set of composite board manufacturing technology methods for enamel and solid wood furniture.To solve the problem of recycling and reusing enamel defectives and scraps,reforming the green development of the enamel industry,improving the cultural connotation of solid wood furniture,and enriching the forms of solid wood furniture have important theoretical and practical significance.
