The Research On Planning & Design Of Panel Furniture Production Line Based On Advanced Manufacturing Technologies

Furniture industry is a traditional industry which has a long history in China. As the economic globalization and information developed running through the world, Furniture industry also has a second chance, The mode of production which relied solely on increasing volume to cutting costs is no longer effective.The management of production faced with the contradictions between the variety,mass customization and reduced costs, storten cycle. It is against this background, We must make use of the advanced manufacturing technology, rely on innoving which applied the integration of the knowledge and technology to improve the competitivenness of the whole industry.The current status of the furniture production was analyzied comprehensly,and the advantages and disadvantages of the orginal developent and production was summed up in this paper. The pamal production was designed which bases on the modularization technology and group technology, which became the standardized, serialized, modular product unit, and laid a good foundation on improving labor efficiency, introducing automation equipment, reducing production in the latter part.A modern furniture production line which based on information technolugy was established in a specific investment area. And it was blended of lean production,flexible manufacture system, JIT and other advanced manufacture technology. The modern funiture production line combined with the entire panal furniture production to achieved a flexible development, and laid a foundation for realizing the mass customization.The paper is break through the old reseach of the production management and structure, with the background of the evolution of Housen furniture production line from "concept" to "raelity", get a good understanding of the advanced management technology, and it is a useful foundation for the other factories make a good understanding and using of those technology. From the thesis, you may understand "What are the advanced management technology " and "How applied to the real production". This paper considerated the evolution from "the mass production"to "the mass cuetomization", And more problem has to be solved such as output enlargement, pruduct flexibility, short delivery time and special requirement satisfaction.
