With the expansion of China’s chemical industry market and scale,the transportation demand for chemical raw materials is also increasing.Dangerous goods are important raw materials and products for chemical production.The distribution of dangerous chemical is extremely uneven.95%of dangerous goods need to be transported in different places.80%of the dangerous goods are transported through road transport,and the annual road traffic volume of dangerous goods is increasing year by year.In recent years,the risk accidents of dangerous goods transportation have occurred frequently,which has aroused the concern of all sectors of the society on the risk of dangerous goods transportation.Therefore,this paper studies the risk of road transportation of dangerous goods,and studies the route selection and optimization of dangerous goods according to the risk of road transportation.This article first introduces the research status of road transport risk analysis and path optimization methods for dangerous goods at home and abroad,and analyzes existing research directions and remaining problems.According to the influencing factors of transportation risk and the application of GPS data of dangerous goods,the traffic factor,accident rate,frequency,influence personnel,environmental impact and emergency rescue are used as the evaluation index of transportation risk.The selection criteria of each index are introduced in detail,and the influence scope of the accident is analyzed.Then,according to the selected six risk indexes,the risk evaluation model of dangerous goods transportation is set up,the acquisition and calculation method of six risk indexes are described.The related principles and theories of the model solution algorithm(ANFIS)are expounded,and the concrete steps of the risk assessment model are introduced.Then,a path selection and optimization model was established with the optimization of transportation costs and transportation risks.The weighted average method was used to convert the multi-objective optimization function into a single-objective optimization model.The improved genetic algorithm(ClvGA)is used to solve the transportation path selection and optimization model of dangerous goods.and the ClvGA algorithm is expounded.The basic concepts and principles are introduced,and introduces the general steps of ClvGA algorithm for path selection and optimization models.Finally,taking the transportation oil task of a regional road network in Shenyang as an example,the ANFIS is used to solve the risk evaluation model of dangerous goodstransportation,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the transportation path selection and optimization model of dangerous goods,and the best transportation scheme for dangerous goods transportation is obtained.The analysis of case study shows that the risk evaluation model of dangerous goods transportation can reflect the risk of the actual transportation path better.The optimal transportation route of the transportation route selection optimization model of dangerous goods is consistent with the actual transportation route,and the transportation route of the original dangerous goods is optimized.At the same time,the change of time will affect the choice of transportation scheme for dangerous goods.Therefore,we should consider the effect of time factors when we choose and optimize the route selection and optimization of dangerous goods.
