| Dangerous goods road transport accidents occur sometimes in China in recent years,and it is difficult to estimate the impact on the people and society around the accident.It is an urgent problem for transportation enterprises and regulatory enterprises to apply the risk indexes of road transportation of dangerous goods to the optimization of vehicle path,to plan the appropriate transportation route,to provide an effective transportation scheme for transportation enterprises,and to reduce the risk in transportation and the consumption of transportation cost and time.Analysis the road transport studies of dangerous goods both domestic and abroad reveals that vehicle transportation risk and path optimization are the current research focus.Collect domestic dangerous goods safety accident cases in the past 11 years,analyze and point out the main influencing factors of the dangerous goods accident are personnel risk factors,vehicle factors,external environment,obtain the effect weights of each index by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Build the transportation path optimization model which takes the road transportation risk value as the upper level optimization objective,the optimal transportation cost and transportation time as the objective of the lower level optimization.Point out an improved hybrid algorithm combining particle swarm optimization(PSO)and artificial fish swarm(AFS)to solve the established path optimization model,the test case shows that the hybrid algorithm is superior to the PSO.Case studies show that the improved hybrid algorithm could get the same optimization result as the PSO,in addition,the improved hybrid algorithm(IHA)could get multiple optimization results.Within the allowable risk range,minimum risk value of improved comprehensive optimization path of hybrid algorithm is 1.3% higher than the only optimal path of the PSO algorithm,but transport costs is reduced by 12.3 %,transportation time is reduced by 21.2 %.transportation costs and time could be greatly improved with a slight increase in transportation risk,which could greatly improve the income and turnover efficiency of transport enterprises,it is more suit to the actual road transportation.The result shows that the built model is reasonable,the designed IHA is effective,it could guide the actual dangerous goods road transport. |
