This research carries out a case study on Changhe Basin of Jincheng City,which analyses the influencing factors of farmers' livelihood in Loess Mound from the perspective of mining effect.Based on data of 621 questionnaires,the mlogit model was adopted for quantitative analysis of influencing factors.Different liveliho-od farmers' land use behaviors were quantitatively analyzed from the aspects of plantin-g?investment and scale management behaviors.The study concluded the limiting factors for the development of farmer's livelihood in the loess hilly region and pointed out the corresponding adjustment directions which indicated that the local government should extend agricultural technology,provide training and employment guidance and explore the characteristic industries according to the local conditions which provided reference for the adjustment of agricultural policy in the new rural construction.
