| She is one of the ethnic minorities of China,theyre living mainly in Zhejiang,Fujian,Anhui,Jiangxi,Guangdong area.She is called Shan ha and dwells in the mountains.Because of the unique geography,climate environment of the mountain,hardworking She people created their unique ethnic characteristics of the food culture in the one thousand years of history.Through consulting literature,I found that domestic scholars mainly study the She relates to the humanities,history and health etc.In general,the domestic and international researches about the diet culture of She nationality is relatively small,and the contents of the research is not deep enough,systematic and comprehensive.Therefore,I analyzed the traditional diet culture of She nationality through the way of field investigation and consulting literature,wishing that it could protect and inherit the traditional diet culture of She nationality and provide some theoretical bases for protecting the diversity of our national culture in the time of all ethnic cultures integrating gradually.The beginning of the article is the introduction.The historical origin,cultural background,and the current research status of traditional diet culture at home and abroad of She nationality have been briefly introduced;then the research methods and research contents was given.The main parts of the article are three mainstream cultures of wine culture,tea culture and food culture from the traditional diet culture of She nationality.The culture of wine and tea has many similarities,so the two chapters of the wine culture and tea culture was studied by the same way,the general situation was first introduced,then the methods of how to make wine and tea was introduced in details according to the field investigation data that obtained.Then the functions of health care of the wine and tea were introduced according to their functional components.Finally I introduced the traditional ceremony and custom of wine and tea.As the diet culture covers broad,this paper introduced the festival food,traditional food etiquette and taboos,diet characteristics of the three aspects.As well as few drawbacks in She nationality’s traditional food culture I found in the survey.As the cultural exchange becomes more and more closely,the traditional diet culture of She nationality is in danger of disappearing under the wave of "cultural convergence".Therefore,I gave some suggestions about She nationality’s traditional diet culture tourism resource development at the end of the article,hope that it could bring economic benefits to improve the living standard of the She nationality at the same time of protecting traditional diet culture of She nationality.The all of 56 minorities make up of a gorgeous cultural map of Chinese.She’s diet culture shines its brightness dazzles to people’s eyes.In the time of all Chinese cultures gradually mix up,we should try hard and strive for the maintenance and inheritance of ethnic culture. |
