For ecological characteristics of Henan enriched flavor style tobacco of different producing areas,Two varieties of enriched flavor style tobacco of upper,middle and lower parts of the tobacco leaf from Jia County,Xiang County and Lu County were chosen as research objects in this paper.We investigated respectively on chemical composition distribution features of tobacco leaf such as volatile flavor components,organic acids(volatile,non-volatile),leaf alkaloids,flooding fluid pH,and conventional chemical compositions distribution,physical characteristics such as filling capacity,tensile strength,tensile strength,thickness and elongation,sensory characteristics such as aroma quality,aroma quantity,concentration,soft degree,after-taste,odor and irritation.Chemical informations of different location tobacco leaves were correlated with chemical indicators,physical characteristics and sensory evaluation results.By weight analysis,the inherent mass distribution characteristics of different varieties,different levels and different geographical distribution of leaf were clarified.Based on this,the cutting programs were developed.The main conclusions are shown as follows:(1)The chemical composition range of cutting samples:the total content range of flavor ingredients:1065.61?1276.13?g/g;the total content range of volatile organic acids:37.49?1430.69?g/g;the total content range of non-volatile organic acids:104.61?207.26mg/g;flooding fluid pH range:5.31?5.96;the content range of petroleum ether extract:1.91?6.82%;the content range of total nicotine:1.04?3.20%;the content range of potassium ions:0.50%?2.60%;the content range of chloride ions:0.19?2.48%;the total content range of nitrogen:1.43?2.57%;the content range of proteins:8.12?13.17%;the content range of sugars:11.01?30.49%;the content range of reduced sugars:8.6?25.3%.The physical characteristics indicators were also shown:the range of padding values:3.11?6.03 cm2/g;the range of thickness:0.08?1.42mm;the range of anit-tension:1.09?12.95N;the range of anit-tensile strength:5.28?18.43KN/m2;the range of sensory evaluation:36.23?45.94.(2)The orders of the thickness,anit-tension,the total content of leaf alkaloids,the content of petroleum ether extracts and reduced sugars,sensory evaluation are the tip>middile>base;The orders of total content of flavor ingredients,the total content of volatile organic acids,the content of potassium ions,chloride ions,proteins and the total content of nitrogen are base>middile>tip;The orders of padding values,anit-tensile strength,the content of non-volatile organic acids are base>tip>middile;The orders of flooding fluid pH are middile>base>tip;The orders of the total content of sugars are middile>tip>base.(3)There are significant differences in padding values,anit-tensile strength,alcohol flavor ingredients,aldehyde fragrance ingredients,lipid and lactone flavor components,the total content of volatile organic acids,acetic acid,butyric acid,isovaleric acid,valeric acid,oxalate acid,dicarboxylic acid,palmitic acki,citric acid,linoleic acid,petroleum ether extracts,proteins and reduced sugars in different parts of the leaf.However,there are no significant differences in the thickness,anit-tension,the total content of flavor ingredients,non-neophytadiene flavor ingredients,ketone flavor ingredients,phenol flavor ingredients,furan flavor ingredients,nitrogen heterocyclic flavor ingredients,formic acid,propanoic acid,isobutyric acid,methyl valerate,caproic aicd,enanthic acid,octanoic acid,n-nonanoic acid,capric acid,succinic acid,malic acid,isocetic acid,octadecanoic acid,oteic acid,linolenic acid,non-volatile organic acids,flooding fluid pH,total nicotine,potassium ions,chloride ions,total nitrogen,total sugars in different parts of the leaf.(4)Three-slitting analysis results on the basis of tobacco quality composite scores for the orderly sample considerations of optimal segmentation clusters are kept the same as those of analysis on the basis of sensory evaluation for orderly considerations ofoptimal segmentation clustering analysis.We can cut the sample into three categories:the first category is Num.1-4 location slitting tobacco,tobacco sensory evaluation scores of which are the highest;the second category is Num.5-7 location slitting tobacco,tobacco sensory evaluation scores of which are relatively high;the third category is Num.8-10 location slitting tobacco,tobacco sensory evaluation scores of which are relatively low.
