Objective:This paper investigates the prevalence of abnormal menstruation among female students in colleges and universities through a self-made questionnaire, and discusses the influencing factors of abnormal menstruation with the structural equation model,so as to provide reference for the prevention of female menstrual diseases.Method:This paper investigates the prevalence of abnormal menstruation among female students in colleges and universities through a self-made questionnaire, and discusses the influencing factors of abnormal menstruation with the structural equation model,so as to provide reference for the prevention of female menstrual diseases.Result:(1)Current status of abnormal menstruation:the total report rate of abnormal menstruation among female students in this university was 69.4%.Among them, the report rate of abnormal menstrual volume was 39.9%,the report rate of abnormal menstrual characteristics was 40.0%,the report rate of abnormal menstrual cycle was 11.8%,and the report rate of abnormal menstrual period was 2.4%The direct effect of personal and family history on menstrual abnormality was 0.64.The direct effect of living habits on abnormal menstruation was 0.33.The direct effect of psychological factors on abnormal menstruation is 0.34,and the indirect effect on abnormal menstruation through living habits is 0.46×0.33=0.15.Therefore,the sum of direct and indirect effects of psychological factors on abnormal menstru-ation is 0.34+0.15=0.49.The indirect effect of family factors on menstrual abnormality through psychological state was 0.33×0.49=0.16.The indirect effect of family factors on abnormal menstruation through living habits was 0.26×0.33=0.09,so the indirect effect of family factors on abnormal menstruation was 0.16+0.09=0.25Conclusion:The total incidence of menstrual abnormalities in this study was 69.40%(1)personal and family history and living habits have a direct effect on abnormal menstruation;(2)family factors have an indirect effect on abnormal menstruation;(3)psychological state of abnormal menstruation has both direct and indirect effects; In terms of the total effect, the personal and family history of abnormal menstrual impact is the largest, followed by the psychological state, living habits, family factors.Suggestions:(1)to improve college students'understanding of abnormal menstruation.(2)in the school to add mental health education courses or psychol-ogical counseling room,to reduce the ideological burden of college students;College students should deal with their interpersonal communication well.(4)take appropriate sports, strengthen nutrition reasonable arrangement of sleep time, reduce the impact of the network and radiation on their own.
