Paleontological fossils are the most direct evidence of biological activities in the geological history period,which effectively reflect the living environment and evolution relationship of organisms in the geological history period,and have great significance to the research of paleontology,paleoecology and paleogeography.The Triassic fossil group in Guizhou is one of the few in the world,which is of great significance to the study of the evolution relationship and living environment of marine organisms,especially marine reptiles in the Triassic period.At present,the research on the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou is mainly focused on paleontology and geology,and there is no research on the protection and utilization of the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou.Therefore,there is great significance to study the value of the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou,to evaluate the resource utilization value of the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou and to put forward corresponding protection and utilization strategies,so as to realize the long-term protection and sustainable utilization of the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou.This paper first reviews the general situation of the Triassic fossil group area in Guizhou.Through reading literature and field investigation,the heritage value of the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou is excavated by means of comparative analysis.Using AHP and Delphi method,the evaluation index system of paleontological fossil resources utilization value was established,and the utilization value of Triassic fossil group in Guizhou was quantitatively evaluated by linear weight method.Finally,according to the quantitative evaluation results and the present situation of the protection and utilization of the resources of the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou Province,the protective utilization strategies are put forward.The main research results are as follows:(1)The regional location of the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou is favorable,and various tourism resources are abundant.It not only has abundant paleontological resources of Triassic,but also has other geological heritage resources such as geological section,karst geological heritage,geological disaster heritage and rich natural resources such as animals and plants,meteorological landscape resources.As an area inhabited by ethnic minorities,this area has various and original cultural resources of ethnic minorities and profound cultural and historical heritage resources.(2)The Triassic fossils in Guizhou have a large number of continuous layers,including a large number of marine reptiles such as ichthyosauria,placodontia,thalattosauria,protorosauria,pantestudines and other marine organisms such as metacrinus,ammonites and bivalves.The richness of the species and the scale of the population are enough to become one of the most important habitats of marine reptiles in the Triassic.In terms of scientific significance,fossil preservation,biodiversity and other aspects,the Triassic fossil groups in Guizhou are unique,unique and extremely important examples reflecting the origin and early evolution of marine reptiles in the early Mesozoic.It fully meets the geological and geomorphic value standard of Article VIII of the world natural heritage evaluation.(3)The evaluation index system of the utilization value of fossil resources of paleontology is constructed,which includes four levels: target level,criterion level,index level and factor level.Using AHP and Delphi method to calculate the weight of each index,it is found that the weight of fossil resource value including scientific value,aesthetic value,popular science value,tourism value and other resource value including natural resource and human resource is higher,which are 0.6324 and 0.2162;the weight of resource utilization conditions including location conditions,utilization conditions and protection management including protection conditions,institutions and systems is lower,which are 0.1507 and 0.0547.It shows that in the evaluation of the utilization value of fossil resources,the overall impact of resource value is far greater than the indicators such as resource utilization conditions and protection management.The internal value of resources is the basis of the protective utilization of fossil resources,and the external artificial influence conditions are the important factors to achieve the protective utilization.(4)After determining the scoring standard of the resource utilization value index of the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou,Delphi method and linear weight method are used to obtain the total score of the resource utilization value evaluation of the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou,which is 86.78.That is to say,for the current development and utilization,the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou belongs to the first-class resource,close to the super class resource,and the gap is mainly reflected in the resource utilization conditions and Some indicators of protection management.(5)According to the present situation of protection and management and resource utilization of the Triassic fossil group in Guizhou,the paper puts forward some protective utilization strategies,such as strengthening infrastructure construction,strengthening publicity,education and interpretation,carrying out multi-disciplinary research,carrying out division and classification utilization,building high-quality tourism products,developing characteristic tourism souvenirs,and declaring the World Natural Heritage.
