Although China's exhibition industry started late,the overall development trend is rapid,and it has made great progress in terms of area,scale,number and internationalization of exhibition.It has become an important part of modern service industry and is called macro The "barometer" of economic conditions is highly valued by the government.In recent years,China's exhibition industry has followed the pace of economic development,stepping from high-speed growth to the stage of medium and high-speed development,showing a new normal of steady development.Under the new normal,the development of the exhibition industry has slowed down,but it has put forward higher requirements for the quality of the industry.Clarifying the relevant effect between the exhibition industry and other industries is conducive to grasping the development status of the exhibition industry in the entire industrial economic system,and clarifying the sources of support,co-motivation and innovation for the development of the exhibition industry,so as to rely on the industry relevant effect to promote the industry provides an important reference for achieving high-quality development at a more steady pace under the new normal.Through sorting out the existing literature,it is found that the exhibition industry has a strong industrial influence and driving force,and it has a particularly significant relationship with industries related to tourism,shopping,and entertainment.However,few scholars regard the exhibition industry as an independent industrial sector,measure and measure the relevant effect of the exhibition industry with various industries in the national economic system,and systematically classify and study the categories of related industries.At present,the application field of the input-output model is continuously expanding and its applicability is continuously enhanced.It has been applied to the research of Industry relevant effect of various industries,and it is more applicable to industries with greater influence on the national economy.As an important part of modern service industry,China's exhibition industry has gradually become the "new engine" of national economic and social development,which is in line with the applicability conditions of the input-output model.Based on this,on the basis of the existing research,this paper uses the input-output model to conduct an empirical study on the Industry relevant effect of China's exhibition industry in the national economy.First of all,this article takes the basic form of industrial association as an entry point and proposes basic assumptions about the industrial association effect of the exhibition industry.The correlation between products,the correlation between technical services andthe correlation between labor services are the three basic forms of Industry relevant.It is precisely because of the existence of these correlation forms that Industry relevant can be produced between industries.The exhibition industry and the manufacturing industry,service industry and emerging industries have different degrees of mutual demand for products,technical services and labor services,which have produced Industry relevant effect in one or more forms.Based on these association forms,this paper first puts forward three basic assumptions about the industry-related effects of the exhibition industry:Hypothesis 1,the product industry between the exhibition industry and the manufacturing industry has a large product correlation and strong industry-associated effects;Technological services and labor services are highly correlated,and the Industry relevant effect is strong;Hypothesis 3,products,services,and labor services between the exhibition industry and emerging industries are highly correlated,and the Industry relevant effect is strong.Secondly,this article compiles the input-output table of the exhibition industry,and then calculates the industry relevance based on it.The input-output model is based on the input-output table.In order to analyze the exhibition industry using the input-output model,based on the latest input-output table released by the National Bureau of Statistics of China in 2017,this article compiled a total of 150 sub-industry inputs that use the exhibition industry as an independent industrial sector Output table.Then use the input-output model,based on the calculation formulas of Industry relevant effect and ripple effect correlation coefficients,and substitute the corresponding data in the input-output table to measure the direct distribution coefficients,direct consumption coefficients that can reflect the forward and backward Industry relevant effect,and The coefficient of influence and sensitivity of the industrial ripple effect.Third,this article interprets the data of the industry-related measurement results of the exhibition industry,and then verifies the hypothesis and draws conclusions accordingly.According to the industry-related significance represented by the direct allocation coefficient,direct consumption coefficient,influence coefficient and induction coefficient in the input-output model and the industrial activities of the exhibition industry,the analysis and interpretation of the measurement results are carried out:(1)Exhibition industry and manufacturing The sub-industry sectors with the highest forward and backward correlation coefficients of the first-and second-tier industries have the largest correlation coefficients.The two industries are mainly related due to product dependence between industries.This confirms Hypothesis 1,that the products between the exhibition industry and the manufacturing industry have a large product correlation and a strong Industry relevant effect;(2)The exhibition industry and the service industry are mainly related to the mutualdemand between technical services and labor services.There are a large number of sub-sectors with first-and second-level associations,and there is the largest number of sub-sectors with first-level backward associations in the exhibition industry and service industries in all industry categories,and the overall correlation coefficient value is relatively large.This confirms hypothesis 2,that there is a technical service and labor service connection between the exhibition industry and the service industry,and the Industry relevant effect is strong;(3)The exhibition industry and the emerging industry are mainly related in the form of products,technical services and labor services,but The correlation coefficients of the exhibition industry and emerging industries have not reached the first-level correlation,and only a few sub-sectors have reached the second-level correlation.From this,it is verified that Hypothesis 3 is not true,that is to say,the correlation between the exhibition industry and emerging industries is lower than expected.Finally,based on the empirical analysis and main conclusions of the industry-related effects of the exhibition industry,this article proposes the following suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of the exhibition industry:(1)Relying on the strong industry-related effects between the exhibition industry and the manufacturing industry to create and build industrial development Agglomeration zone,to realize the rapid aggregation and integration of various elements related to exhibition industry activities,such as information,exhibits,logistics,etc.,to transform resource advantages into industrial advantages for interactive development between industries;(2)relying on the strength between the exhibition industry and service industries relevant effect,give full play to the strong industry linkage of the exhibition industry,strengthen and deepen industrial cooperation,continue to expand the scope of industrial associations,and promote the consolidation and extension of the exhibition industry chain;(3)For the situation where the exhibition industry is not highly related to emerging industries,Through the construction and improvement of the "exhibition industry + emerging industries" integrated development platform,to further enhance the integration of the exhibition industry and information technology,electronic technology,computers,Internet and other emerging
