With the rapid popularization of mobile devices and the improvement of computing power,using mobile GIS to data acquisition related position is becoming an important application direction of the mobile GIS.As a frontier technology for oil and gas exploration and development,intelligent data acquisition system plays a more and more important role in petroleum exploration.This article expounded the existing problems of mobile capturing geographic information and the significance of the mobile GIS in field data acquisition,and then analyzed the related theory and technology about the development of mobile GIS.Aiming at the existing problem of traditional geophysical exploration of oil industry field,we applied mobile GIS and GPS technology to data acquisition of oil industry field combining with work experience and understanding,and made an overall design and detailed scheme for the system combined with Android technology.And we applied SQLite embedded spatial database to designed a database table structure according to the relevant business needs.The mobile GIS was developed with the help of ArcGIS for Android platform.The system realized many core functions,such as identity authentication,basic operation function of GIS,engineering management,data collection,data editing and query statistics,in addition some auxiliary functions,such as positioning,satellite real-time query.Eventually,through actual project validation,the system could improve the work efficiency and reduce the cost largely and could lay the foundations for later construction of intelligence oilfield.
