At present, mobile positioning technology, mobile GIS technology and wireless technology become more sophisticated. Spatial information has been widely used in people’s daily life. The product model which is widely combined with GIS features in the traditional smart phone applications has attracted the attention of mobile application developers. Various mobile GIS applications began to emerge in people’s eyes, and gradually affect people’s daily life, so the mobile GIS has a wide application prospect.In this context, this paper conducted a survey on mobile GIS applications and mobile real estate searching Systems. Depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing systems. On the basis of data demand, a compound database is established by using ArcSDE and Server SQL, which can effectively manage the spatial data and attribute data. Then use the idea of the systems analysis, follow the practicality, reliability, completeness and standardization principles of system design and implement, to deeply analyze the designs of system. Design and implement function modules of real estate searching systemOn the system implementation, this paper uses the interface provided by ArcGIS for Android in an asynchronous manner to achieve the map browsing, region real estate searching, layer switching, shortest path analysis, closest facility analysis, service area analysis function. Use OpenGL ES combined with Ear clipping algorithm and shadow mapping algorithm to achieve the houses lighting analysis function. With the help of IIS server and Service Web technology to achieve the real estate conditions query function.
