Research On Dynamic Game Of Electronic Warehouse Receipt Pledge Financing

In the process of supply-side structural reform,problems such as weak transformation of traditional industries,low factor productivity,difficulty and high cost of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually emerged.The innovation of Internet finance and the rise of big data and logistics industries make it a new direction for Banks to cooperate with B2 B platforms to provide financing services for smes.The B2 B platform joins supply chain finance and can make full use of the platform’s convenient trading technology to realize the integration of business flow,information flow,capital flow and logistics,improving information transparency,making up for the credit shortage of smes,reducing financing constraints and financing costs of smes,and improving financing efficiency;At the same time,cooperate with smes,financial institutions and logistics enterprises to stimulate the vitality of supply chain finance,broaden the business model of supply chain finance and improve the overall competitiveness of supply chain.This paper studies the financing mode of electronic warehouse receipt pledge,mainly including the following aspects:Firstly,this paper introduces the research background of this paper from the perspective of the actual economic development and macro policy,and draws the relevant research significance from the theoretical and practical aspects.To sort out and summarize the research status of electronic warehouse receipt pledge financing at home and abroad;The research methods used in this paper are introduced in detail.Secondly,it introduces the development status,business process and possible risks of electronic warehouse bill pledge financing mode.This paper introduces the evolutionary game theory,which provides the theoretical basis and guidance for the whole paper.Thirdly,using the game theory thinking to participation in the process of financing subject-bank,B2 B platform and the game relationship between the small and medium-sized enterprises(smes)are analyzed,build the return matrix of each participant,and calculate the return function of each participant in the strategy selection by using the replication dynamic equation.Through the numerical analysis of the model,the following conclusions are drawn: The group return of each participant will change with the change of itself and the change of the strategy selection probability of the game party,and the system will not converge to a certain equilibrium strategy set.Factors such as the initial strategy probability,regulatory cost,penalty,and reputation profit and loss value will directly affect the evolution direction of the system.Finally,theoretical Suggestions are put forward for the decision-making of relevant participants in the financing mode of electronic warehouse receipt,so as to promote the steady and healthy development of B2 B e-commerce supply chain finance.
