For a long time,China's economy has been in a state of rapid development,but this development mode is conditional on high investment and sacrifice of environment,i.e.economic development presents a low-end growth form of "fast speed and low quality".Therefore,in response to this situation,countries all over the world have increased research and development of science and technology and ecological protection while developing their economies.China has also implemented the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology and established the concept of "ecological civilization".As advocated in the 19 th National Congress report,the mode of economic development has been upgraded from focusing on high speed to focusing on high quality.The proposal indicates that the Chinese government will officially increase the efficient use of resources,improve the level of technology and strengthen ecological construction as the leading force for economic development.Therefore,in order to meet the high demand of modern economic development and explore new growth momentum,green development and technological innovation have become the new direction of modern economic system research.The level of green technological innovation efficiency is an important guarantee for high-quality regional development.Improving the efficiency of green technological innovation will help fully optimize the economic industrial structure and promote sustainable development demand,which is also of significant significance to the regional economic growth environment.Therefore,this study uses spatial analysis and other means to track and depict the spatial migration trajectory of green technological innovation efficiency,and to deeply study the key factors of the growth of green technological innovation level,which is conducive to further measuring the differences in the level of green development in various regions of our country,thus enabling the government,enterprises and society and other subjects to make more favorable policies and suggestions on the growth of regional green technological efficiency.Based on DEA-BCC model,this study calculates the provincial green technological innovation efficiency in China from 2006 to 2017,analyzes the green technological innovation efficiency and its composition from the perspective of the whole country and the four major economic regions.By introducing the center of gravity calculation model,it deeply depicts the migration track of the center of gravity of China's green technological innovation efficiency during the study period,compares the high-tech industry center of gravity,the economic center of gravity with the center of gravity of green technologicalinnovation efficiency,discusses the coupling situation of the above types of centers of gravity by integrating the coupling model,and finally analyzes the factors affecting the efficiency of China's green technological innovation.Through the above research,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)on the whole,China's green technology innovation efficiency is at a relatively high level,and the efficiency value gradually decreases according to the "eastern-central-western-northeast" trend,with imbalance among regions;(2)During the evolution of regional green technology innovation efficiency,the number of "low efficiency regions" remains stable,and "low efficiency regions" gradually evolve to a higher level under the premise of mastering green technology;(3)Within the range chosen by this research,the horizontal migration range of the green technology innovation efficiency center of gravity is significantly larger than the vertical.Comparing with the economic center of gravity and the high-tech industry center of gravity,it is found that the three have similar migration directions,and the former has a smaller migration distance than the latter.(4)Through coupling comparison,it is found that the efficiency center of gravity of green technology innovation and the economic center of gravity are in a significant state,but the significant state is not obvious,and there is a certain degree of inverse significant coupling trend with the center of gravity of high-tech industry,which is significant.(5)Environmental regulation,government subsidy and regional openness have statistically positive significance on the efficiency of green technology innovation,while industrial structure has statistically negative significance on the efficiency of green technology innovation,while enterprise scale has no significance.Through full-text demonstration and theoretical description,this paper analyzes and obtains the regional green technology innovation efficiency,space-time evolution and its influencing factors in China,and finally puts forward valuable policy suggestions from the practical point of view.
