The introduction of ERP system can effectively improve the comprehensive management level of the enterprise.BJ Aerospace Company also recognizes the advantages of ERP system,and realizes that the success or failure of ERP system project has a great impact on the company,so the risk of ERP project is strengthened.Management is especially important.In this context,the purpose of this study is to combine the actual situation of BJ Aerospace’s ERP project.Comprehensively analyze and evaluate the risks of the project,and propose risk prevention and control recommendations in order to finally realize the smooth progress of BJ Aerospace’s ERP project.This study used a combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The main purpose is to construct the ERP project risk evaluation index system of BJ Aerospace Company by using the analytic hierarchy process,and to determine the weight of the multi-level indicators in the risk evaluation system.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of project risk was carried out by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with expert scoring to evaluate the risk situation of BJ Aerospace’s ERP project.The content of the research mainly consists of three major parts,which focus on risk identification,risk assessment and risk prevention and control.The risk identification part mainly collects the list of project risk sources through project risk factors,and then carries out risk identification in three stages: project preparation,implementation and on-line.The risk assessment part is mainly to construct an evaluation index system and conduct comprehensive evaluation of risk intensity.The risk prevention and control part mainly propose a coping strategy based on the previous part of the results,and further proposes risk prevention suggestions.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: The final value of the research through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is 2.8886,which indicates that the risk of BJ Aerospace’s ERP project is at the general risk level,so this work can be implemented as scheduled,and the risk is effectively monitored in a timely manner.In order tominimize project risks,it is proposed to strengthen the software selection of BJ Aerospace’s ERP system to cope with the risk of secondary development,strengthen departmental collaboration to cope with the organizational risks of project implementation,and strengthen process management,data risk control,and dynamic supervision.
