Study On Scale Management Of Rice Cropping In Qiyang County

Appropriate scale management of grain planting is the best way to increase the income of the main agricultural planting operators in China.It is an inevitable choice for the development of modern agricultural planting and the guarantee of national food security.It is also an inevitable requirement for exploring the road of modern agricultural development with Chinese characteristics and an important way for agricultural modernization.Since the model of scale operation was put forward,the development of moderate scale operation has been in a slow development stage.How to further promote moderate scale management mode and enhance farmers’ scale management will is the focus of this paper.This paper is based on the theory of scale economy,the theory of land circulation and the theory of "rational economic man of peasants".Based on the field survey data of 180 farmers in Sankoutang Town,Xiaojia Town and Baishui Town of Qiyang County,the operation status of grain planting and whether to consider expanding the scale of operation were investigated and collected.Through field survey data,the influencing factors leading to moderate scale operation were obtained,and the influencing factors of rice planting scale operation willingness were empirically analyzed by using Logistic model.The results show that the individual characteristics of farmers,the family situation of farmers,land factors and the service level of planting socialization are the important factors affecting the choice of farmers’ scale operation willingness.Further analysis shows that: gender,age,land rent and duration,the number of contracted land,education level and main sources of income and other factors have a significant correlation with farmers’ willingness to expand the scale of operation.According to the above analysis results,this paper puts forward relevant policy choices from four aspects: basic construction of grain production,development of professional grain farmer market,market efficiency of land circulation mode and construction of production socialization service system,and guides farmers to choose the appropriate degree of planting scale management according to their own development status,and to maximize the economic benefits of rice production,so as to stimulate farmers.Planting farmers choose to expand their scale of operation and give full play to their subjective initiative in scale planting.Based on the current situation and demand of modern agriculture,we should first attach importance to agricultural professionals and optimize the proportion of new agricultural talents from the perspective of agricultural planting basis.Secondly,we should implement the land transfer policy,fundamentally solve the land problem of large-scale operation,innovate the financial financing system,build an integrated rural financial platform,improve the insurance coverage rate of agricultural production,and effectively solve the production risks and capital problems of farmers.Finally,in order to promote the large-scale operation of grain in China,optimize the development environment of farmers’ large-scale planting,provide social service guarantee for the development of farmers’ large-scale planting,improve the social service system of agricultural planting,provide subsidies and support at various levels and diversification,improve the production efficiency of their planting,and break the restrictions for farmers to expand their planting scale and operation.
